Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am not sure why this location has poor reviews. The people were nice and the food was great.

2nd time in a row that I’ve had poor service at this location. Tacos are so soggy I had to cut them up and eat it as a salad instead. 2nd time in a row that I’ve paid $4.50 for a drink and again didn’t get it delivered. Will definitely be going to Pancheros moving forward. Much better quality of food and they don’t make you pay for drinks to just never obtain your purchase.

Thr staff were really friendly and it was not very busy approx. 6 people @7pm. The guys running the kitchen were really not keeping up with demand on the line. Two of our three entrees were steak and it was almost all grissell and fat, but getting a bad cut can happen. Our chicken entree was just fine. We have always enjoyed Chipotle but we typically go to a different location. Bad days happen.

The food is what I would expect at a large chain fast casual. Nothing special. But was prepared adequately. The service of the cashier, that really stood out to me. I think her name is Olesya. Really a quality interaction. It is staff like her that make the experience, anything other than an expected, mediocre experience.

Came to this location on 1/25/26 at 8:45pm, immediately came in to dirty looks, three boys and one girl on staff. the girl says “looks like we won’t be leaving until 10” and everyone groaned as if there wasn’t an hour 15 left to close. The boys then reluctantly juggled who was to make my order ignoring another customer who also walked in. Rude staff, and obviously no qualifications to work. Won’t come back and don’t recommend anyone to go either.

Probably one of the worst Chipotles I've been to. Got half a bag of chips and half a burrito. Quality isn't great either.

Best chipotle in the area, always have freshly prepared ingredients and friendly staff.

I dont know who's the person hiring but all the chipotle locations are complete trash! Hiring bunch of young kids that dont care 1 bit about their job.

Came in without any great of eye contact, Rude employees

There stingy with there like their paycheck depends on it.

Chicken was very salty and white rice was uncooked

Clearly they dont care about the customers

First time at this location and I have to say whole side the inside is small, the team did a really great job at keeping everything clean and neat. Even the food area was super clean and I’ve been to some chipotles in the area where you cannot say that! Also my food was made and handled with care they really have some great employees there!

Placed an order for drive through pickup. When I drove back to where I would be eating my meal. There were ingredients on the meal I had requested not be on there and the ingredients I paid extra for were not on the meal. It was a complete was of a $20 burrito bowl. Will not be going to this location again

The lady getting my food never once made eye contact with me & was laughing with employees behind her. She also asked me what I wanted & I had to repeat myself multiple times because she wasn’t listening or paying attention. There wasn’t a lot of food either! Disappointing customer service. :(
