The lady getting my food never once made eye contact with me & was laughing with employees behind her. She also asked me what I wanted & I had to repeat myself multiple times because she wasn’t listening or paying attention. There wasn’t a lot of food either! Disappointing customer service. :(

I ordered for pick up one time and asked for a chicken burrito. However, they gave me steak. I decided to give them a second chance and ordered a chicken burrito again through doordash and I got a steak burrito. I will never order from this location again.

I came here a few days ago, and I was really disappointed with how little food I received. I ordered a bowl, but it was barely filled—maybe a quarter of what it should’ve been. I told the workers they needed to restock the chicken, steak, and beans because everything was out, but they just looked at me and said they didn’t know what to do.

The person serving me gave such a small portion that I had to ask why my bowl looked that way. Instead of fixing it, he just stared at me like my concern didn’t matter. I ended up taking the food and leaving, but I wasn’t pleased at all. I regret not walking out and leaving the food there.

I’m still upset about the $14 I spent here. The environment was horrible I literally found myself telling the workers how to do their job, like I was the manager. They were out of everything, and instead of replacing the items, they just stood around talking and ignoring customers. The customer service was awful, and the whole experience was truly disappointing.

I feel like I was scammed. I paid $14 for something so small that I wasn’t even full I had to go buy more food afterward. No one expects to leave Chipotle hungry, especially after ordering a bowl. It was honestly very disappointing. Do better and I need my money back

This place is terrible. Unbelievably bad service. Orders don’t work. It’s a total mess and gross. I waited in the drive through line for 15 mins, no orders, then inside for 15 mins more, still no order.

First, we waited for the rice to finish cooking (no problem). However then we were told they were out of pinto and black beans, fajita vegetables and finally cheese. I then said you cannot fulfill my order so we left. Not sure what the 10 people behind us were going to order. Also, all the tables were dirty. We arrived at 5:30 PM so no options for dinner for others. Staff didn’t seem to even care. Just less customers to serve when people started to leave.

It was my first time at this brand new location. Clean dining area, friendly staff and the food was great. I got a steak bowl and lemonade. It wasn't crowded and I will be back!

Their service is only for online ordering you can’t order in store however I can’t order what I want online so I asked them politely if I ordered it if they could add something to it and they acted so confused and so dumb there is no customer service involved in this store at all honestly it’s a nightmare And multiple people are trying to pick up because they did order online and there have been so rude to them

I was craving Mexican food so I stopped here. While the burrito bowls themselves weren’t bad, I did contract food poisoning from your restaurant. I’m talking nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, the works. I know I should call someone to report it, but I guess that’s what I’m doing on here isn’t it?

Well I learned my lesson. Next time I have a Mexican craving, I’ll order from an authentic Mexican place. Not chipotle. My mom even told me to stay away from there. I should’ve listened to her.

I online ordered 2 burritos while on road trip for pick up. Came in 5 min early and it was done, great!. Picked it up and it felt very cold, so I asked when it was made. Employee said all orders are made 10 min before pick up... so my food made 5 min ago is cold--like it was sitting in AC for an hour (I placed the order an hour ago). I don't expect hot but the meat and everything was cold, not even room temp.
