Cool concept. Went to dinner and spent the majority of our evening in the dining room. I was with a member, so they took care of the wine selection and that whole process. We created our own tapas menu by splitting one entree three ways and ordering several appetizers. This gave us a great sampling of the menu. Everything was well prepared. Very pleasant afternoon dining. Food was prepared as specified. Over all enjoyable experience. Our waiter and server presented the fares expertly and was very knowledgeable about the wine and dessert selections.
We always love to sit at the bar and meet people, and Savannah and Stephanie were amazing bartenders. They provided top notch service, and the quality of the food and wine continues to impress. Cooper’s hawk is a scratch kitchen, and in probably a dozen times at the restaurant we have never had a bad meal.
