Good food, good service and a pleasant atmosphere.

The place was great the food was great but their app is hard to use

Pretty good food, I got the strawberry bake. But I probably wouldn’t eat there very often, nothing on the menu really caught my eye.

Tables where also pretty tight and didn’t really have room for everyone sitting at the table with their food.

The meatloaf was a little burnt on top with no ketchup glaze, but the rest of it was good. The hash brown casserole was mostly just hash browns hardly any cheese. Peach Cobbler was a little watery but tasted good. The country chicken was delicious and biscuits were very soft.

Meals were horrible. Its like they switch vendors on there food. Manager was terrible to deal with was eating while talking with me. We stop here twice a year never had a bad meal and it was horrible. Did nothing for us. Won't be back for life. This is an honest review.

Picked my dad up from work today for a special birthday lunch and it went poorly. First, the waiter brought the wrong dish out, no big deal. However, after 16 minutes passes, my mother and I had finished our meal, and our waiter brought out the “correct” dish that was not prepared according to the menu. When my father asked if the chicken fried steak had any gravy on it, our waiter shouted at my father, embarrassing all of us in front of the restaurant. Humiliated, I asked the gal up front if she had anyone I could speak to, and she brought me her manager, which was unhelpful at the end of the day, offering us no solution to the terrible experience we had. I would like to add that for the manager to turn a blind eye to the two waiters gossiping loudly about the situation right in front of our table was completely unacceptable. First and last time I will ever be coming here, I’m just heartbroken.

Went in to have dinner got seated waited an waited I could even get a drink for that matter a waitress they were more concerned about doing there Togo orders I sat an watched finally walked out highly don't recommend if Wana be waited on

We get there about 7:00pm wait 10 minutes to be seated and thin wait 20 min more for the server to come an ask us are drinks and order our food with the drinks again now 8 clock we still didn’t get are drinks until 5 minutes until are got our food. The server was very slow getting our order and they we’re out of the main course mashed potatoes

Terrible service! Waited an hour after our order was placed to get our food. Three tables seated after us received food before us. When I asked the manager, she said she was sorry and they were short staffed. While I understand being short staffed, it is not acceptable for 3 tables that ordered after us to get food before our table. Additionally, you should have communicated with us the situation. If you are short staffed, then stop seating tables when you don't have the staff to take care of the customer. I would rather wait outside than sitting at a table waiting with 2 small hungry children!!

Update: Jan. 25 - food portions smaller and service still awful. Servers standing around while coffee cups sat empty for over 15 minutes. The place was not busy. Tried giving this place another chance for breakfast, and they still are a terrible option! Will not be back!

We were seated right away but waited 30 minutes to be acknowledged, wasn't offered coffee or anything for this time frame. Very disappointed in the service we received; the waiter told us the kitchen was busy which is why he didn't offer us anything to drink.

Good food and service. Meatloaf was particularly tasty. Turnip greens not as good as usual.

Not great service this time. Waited over an hour, which is of course somewhat beyond their control, but we were told around 20 to 30 minutes. Then the seven of us finally got crammed into two tables pushed together against the wall, which didn't leave the people at the corners anywhere to put their legs. They rearranged the tables which was better for us but blocked the aisle, so when the round table opened up they asked us to move again. They easily could have kept two of the tables in the middle from being sat by smaller parties and pushed two of them together, which would have worked for everyone.

We didn't get any breakfast menus and when I asked the host for a couple I only got one. The waitress did a pretty good job after that for most of the meal, but then brought the check and asked if we wanted any boxes just a few minutes after we started eating.

Food was as great as always though, especially the biscuits and gravy.

Great food and service every time, one of my favorite chain restaurants. Quality is higher due to all of them being directly owned by the company, there are no franchises. AND THEY HAVE BEER NOW!
