They have my favorite cokies and probably the only cookies i like as someone who doesnt really like cookies. But honestly the hours are the worst thing like ever like i have never once wanted a cookie before like 2-3 hours after they close and the majority of time i want a cookie they had already closed

I picked up 120 sugar cookies for my son’s graduation party tomorrow. They came in 6 boxes. Since I was alone, I had to carry the boxes out in two trips. The young lady that rang the cookies up, moved my last 3 boxes of cookies to the metal rack so I could get to them easily instead of barging through the people in line. When I came in to retrieve the last boxes of cookies, I pulled them off the metal rack and was instantly scolded by a young, red curly headed girl with glasses. Not once but twice and told not to touch the cookies. This girl had no idea what was going on and came hurrying from the back area to talk to me like I was a child. The other gal corrected her and I left with my cookies. I would recommend moving your metal rack away from customers reach if your staff is only going to belittle someone for taking their paid for cookies off of the rack. I would also counsel your staff on customer service etiquette.
The cookies were finished early for me to pick up and were tasty. It’s very sad that this one person ruined the whole experience for me.

The frosted sugar cookies are so good! Especially if you love the almost extract flavor. I was so sad to see Scratch Vupcake close because I used to order their sugar cookies for events. This is my new favorite place to go for coikies!

it was okay, the large single lemon cookie tasted like straight up baking powder or baking soda. i’d go to insomnia cookie instead for a high quality gooey cookie.
