Wasn’t busy at all when we ate here 5:30pm. No clean tables, drink area was disgusting, floors haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Morning after eating here I for sure have food poisoning. Says a lot if I’m leaving a review as I don’t leave very many. Overall just a nasty store.

It’s noon on a weekday. I imagined a place to be busy. You’d think the workers would as well. Not here. I was standing in line waiting behind 5 construction workers to order. Another person came in behind me. The woman making sandwiches said aloud, “What the hell? Why?” I immediately walked out.

The entire crew was so thoughtful and fun. Had a blast and finished with two awesome sandwiches.

We stopped in on a Saturday evening around 5:30/6:00pm. Staff was friendly and polite. We didnt wait long for the 3 sandwiches we ordered. Nice location.

I ordered a turkey sandwich, items I didn't want on my sub were on my sub when I arrived home and the other sub tasted horrible, meatballs sauce was nasty. The price I paid wasn't worth the sub sandwiches.

There were some bigger people working today at 2:30ish and both of them were extremely racist towards us. The woman started asking us where we are from and EVEN SUGGESTED we were from Salvador just from our skin tone alone, which is extremely unprofessional since we are BORN AND RAISED from the USA.

At first I thought it was because we aren’t clearly from Iowa but when she suggested a whole different country solidified the whole situation to me. The woman even had the audacity to start mumbling stuff under her breath right in front of us.

We were extremely hungry from traveling, so at this point we still ordered or we would’ve left. This was the first time we ever been to this franchise and while the process of making the sub, she repeatedly acted as if she didn’t understand us even though she heard the first time and it’s not like I have an accent because I don’t, I don’t even speak another language outside of English.

The service overall ruined our meal. It was horrendous service and it would’ve been fine if the woman just did her job instead of letting her bias towards us affect her job.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt the need to post this because I’m not even dark skinned so I wouldn’t imagine what that woman would do to someone else who was.

Had a crazy experience at this location. Lonzetta doesn't ask to round up for donation which wouldn't have said anything about except that she also didn't give us the meal deal thing and when we asked how it works she said it was my fault. Then after she was done being rude I mentioned the round up and she said she did ask me and it wasn't my business because she was talking to my wife even though I was standing there. She didn't ask. She threw a dollar at her shift lead and told him that it would cover it. Then she had three of her friends sitting at the table behind us laughing about it all. Lonzetta is insane and I hope you have a better experience.

I did a mobile order and never received my order. I contacted their customer service and been in a run around ever since. I won’t be ordering from here again.

They have the best potato soup and I also got the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and it was also delicious! would recommend to anyone , the employees were all very friendly as well!

My wife and I love this place and drive 10 miles to visit it.The staff here are very helpful and attentive.We love the sandwiches here they are betterthan places like Subway.Family anf friends know to get me gift cards for birthdays and Christmas gifts.
