We stopped after driving for 14 hours & were confused of where we were going. We walked into the wrong restaurant & tried ordering a pizza from Firehouse Subs! Tony was working that night. He was so kind & didn't make us feel embarrassed even though I was. As we were leaving he came out with a brownie for each of us! He had no idea that I was traveling on a big birthday. He made my day with that brownie & his kindness.

2:00 on Saturday 7/26, first “meh” experience we’ve had at this location. Whoever the male was making sandwiches didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in and then we had to listen to him and the female that, apparently, just got to work, talk about whoever “Dave” is and why she had his card. Not at all impressed when the customers have to listen to the drama of the employees. Now a lady is standing at the register waiting to order with zero acknowledgement that she’s...
