I absolutely love this Jersery Mike's location! I have been to a few others around the metro, but this one is by far my favorite.

While the food is good, the speed and service has just been declining fast over the past year.
My latest trip here had me waiting nearly 40 minutes for 1 sandwich - yes, it was a cheesesteak and required cooking, but they didn't even start it for well over 10 minutes. To add insult to injury, they fulfilled the order AFTER mine first? The lady doing the grilled sandwiches even gave me a dirty look like I was in the wrong for wondering why I wasn't the name called.
At this point, I'm probably just going to go elsewhere. The speed is just not worth it.

I am a door dasher and so far the three times I have came here to pick up they haven’t even started on the order for door dash. It has been making me late on my deliveries. They can finish 5 in store orders before the door dash order is ever completed. The first time I was understanding has they were grilling meat but the last two times have been a bit ridiculous. With 6 employees I’d expect better service. (Mind it has not been busy)

If you’re going to have large group of people come in to order maybe don’t do a running total so others dont have to wait just to buy 1 item

Got there about 20min after opening. Ordered 2 sandwiches and they made 1 and had to wait over 20 min for 2nd one to be made. Will never eat here again.

I ordered three roast beef sandwiches and one turkey sandwich for Uber Eats delivery. We received 2 turkey sandwiches, 2 ham sandwiches and a salad. Maybe the Uber Eats driver delivered the wrong order to us. Sandwiches tasted like they were made yesterday. Lettuce on the sandwiches was slimy, soft and wet. Yuck.
This place is ridiculous. Found hair in my sandwich and on the wrapping of the sandwich. There employees shouldn’t have there hair out and about they need to start wearing hair nets. That’s just nasty!! Also very sloppy

Sent my wife as I'm in the hospital with a double discectomy today, 2/14/2025. New customer today. I asked my beautiful helper to oder me a #66 with double the onions. She came back and told me they didn't know what a #66 was, and said it is on their special menu. Well not online it's not!! Once they figured it out they sold her the sandwich. She got back to Methodist West hospital and the sandwich had zero onions on it. To say I'm beyond disappointed in my first & probably last order there in my life, is an understatement. I'll probably never go back....
