When your independent 5 year-old decides to move to her own table, and in the process drops her sandwich, the staff observed the dilemma and made her a new one right away. Been coming here monthly for years and will continue to do so. The subs and wraps are incredible!

Making your Dashers wait 15 minutes for a pickup is downright ridiculous. I walked out after ten minutes. Time is money!

We usually love the sandwiches from this location. We have one night a week that we get something out and this week was Jersey Mikes sandwiches. This time my number 55 was awful, the meet was dry and shredded instead of chunks,no extra cheese like it is suppised to have,no onions was on it there was 1 mushroom and a bunch of overly pickles red peppers. The bread was dry and stale and over raised. We will be thinking twice about going back to this location . They have always been great in the padt,but something has changed in this store.

Ok. I did not realize that their Philly cheese steak would be a good choice. I usually go with cold sandwiches from here. Damn I been missing out.
While the food is good, the speed and service has just been declining fast over the past year.
My latest trip here had me waiting nearly 40 minutes for 1 sandwich - yes, it was a cheesesteak and required cooking, but they didn't even start it for well over 10 minutes. To add insult to injury, they fulfilled the order AFTER mine first? The lady doing the grilled sandwiches even gave me a dirty look like I was in the wrong for wondering why I wasn't the name called.
At this point, I'm probably just going to go elsewhere. The speed is just not worth it.

I am a door dasher and so far the three times I have came here to pick up they haven’t even started on the order for door dash. It has been making me late on my deliveries. They can finish 5 in store orders before the door dash order is ever completed. The first time I was understanding has they were grilling meat but the last two times have been a bit ridiculous. With 6 employees I’d expect better service. (Mind it has not been busy)
