I am a giant Jimmy John’s fan, but do not go to this one if you actually want to eat. There is literally always something going on there that keeps them from being able to serve you. The last three times I have been there I have been told to wait and the wait times vary from five minutes to 30 minutes. They literally told me to come back in 30 minutes the time before last. Then just now, I sat at the drive-through window after being told away for five minutes. I was the only car in line. I’m writing this review to remind myself to never even try to go there again and to encourage you to do the same.

Delivery driver should be fired. Forgets sides on a consistent basis. Workers need to go back to elementary school to learn how to read as well as being re-trained on making sandwiches. Not putting onions on a sandwich when it normally has onions, not cutting in half when asked to, not including a side when its in BOLD. I worked at Jimmy John's in college as a delivery driver and helped with sandwiches. It is not that hard.

I'd give a 1 ☆ but I don't do that unless everything sucked. If I would have know how slow the service and delivery were I wouldn't have ordered. I'm used to Jimmy John's near my home to have an order to me within 15 -20 minutes after order placed, with about the same distance for delivery. This location was almost 40 minutes just from order time to be sent out on delivery and then 16 minutes for delivery for a little over a mile. I will definitely not be ordering from this location again.

I arrived before my order was ready. I was close by and decided to stop in. I didn't care if I had to wait. Even though they were slammed with the lunch rush, they went ahead and started my order. After a short time, they gave me my order and apologized that I had to wait. It was only five minutes, and I wouldn't have cared if it took 20 minutes. They went above and beyond. Very well run location.

I waited over an hour for my delivery and it seems like this is a repeat thing for this specific location. Just be warned if you order delivery expect a super long wait. They forgot the chips too. Reached out customer service and never got a response.

I feel i am being generous giving them 2 stars. The new toasted sandwiches are delicious, those are keeping me from saying 1/5.
If we order something over $20 we get it in less than 15 minutes, and we order enough times that it's kind of silly really.... but any time we order less it can take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour.
The store is located less than a mile away but the road system is designed in such a way that it's rather annoying to drive TO, and would take roughly 45 minutes roundtrip to walk (there's a river and a single bridge shared by cars and foot traffic) not counting the time to make the sandwich.... this issue is not present in the reverse though, they could just take 2 right turns and be at our house in less than 5 minutes...
When we looked back at our order history we can tell that the days we ordered less from them took longer.... and they almost always pushed the delivery onto ubereats instead of internal delivery.
Delivery time really should be quoted ahead of time. by the time i got my little i wanted more. But im about to go from 2 orders per week to none ever again unless i have the time to walk in myself.

The door swung open I was greeted by sandwich scented air so powerful it nearly knocked me back into my childhood memories of simpler, sandwichless times.
I placed my order, a BLT, and before I could even get out a polite “thank you,” the sandwich materialized in my hands. I don’t know if it was speed, magic, or some Jimmy John’s blood oath to a higher power, but I swear I saw one employee briefly vanish into thin air and reappear holding my sandwich with a look of holy determination.
The sandwich itself? A masterpiece. The bread was so fresh I heard it whisper my name. The lettuce crunched louder than my will to diet. The bacon was so perfect, tears welled up in my eyes — not sadness, not joy, but something deeper. Something primal.
In that moment, Jimmy John’s didn’t just deliver a sandwich. They delivered a reason to believe in humanity again.

Kindly asked if they accept tap to pay as i left my wallet at work during a rush. Weridly asked wheres my wallet instinctively said i left it behind. Which he rudely yelled to his coworker about calling the cops. While also yelling vulgar lauguage while i waited for my food about people who leave their licnese behind.

I just needed a quick sandwich, so I ordered online through the app. I pulled up, already ready, handed to me even. Didn't even need to grab it from the shelf. This is by far the best, heartiest, and well put together sandwich I have had at any of the Jimmy Johns in the area. No skimping on any ingredients, layered everything perfect. You guys got all of my additional ingredients layered in as well. Amazing. All done by 2 people in the kitchen. Shout out to you all.

Our driver took 25 minutes to arrive after the order out for delivery notification and we live less than a half mile away. Then he parked at a building on the opposite side of the apartment complex, called me and told me to walk to him because he couldn’t drive around the complex himself, which was literally his only task at the moment. It’s 30 degrees and windy. The food was good but this employee was extremely disappointing for a company that promotes fast and reliable delivery.
