Still unsanitary. Each time I have come here they have no concept of hygienic food practices. Cross contamination. Just because you have gloves on….i mean come on!!!

This place is a horrible place to eat not to mention a worse place to work. The drivers are constantly getting their tip money stolen from them and if you don't know the hire ups personally you are guaranteed to be screwed over if you try and fight them on the stolen money or just how you get treated by people who do know the hire ups. Is it a very unprofessional business. If you are craving sandwiches I suggest going to subway or making your own... unless you like the taste of vapor in your food. Not to mention the women that gets away with murder simply because she knows ppl constantly screaming and threating people. If you are looking for a place of work for your own sanity I suggest looking elsewhere.

I would give negative stars. I placed an order 11:51 At 1:35 I called to check on the delay. I was informed it would be at least another hour. They ran out of bread. What the hell? I never got my food

Called after an hour and was told they were waiting on bread. Called again an hour later and they didn't pick up. Tried to cancel online and they said to call the store. Tried to submit a feedback form and it didn't work. When the whole identity is freaky fast, at least call about a delay. Or cancel the order if it is going to take longer than an hour to fulfill. We've had too many issues with this location. Taking business elsewhere.

Placed a delivery order via the app at 11:15am. The delivery driver left the store at 11:35am. It's 12:40pm and I still do not have my order. I called the store and they rudely told me..."they're on their way". Do not do delivery if you're wanting your food over your lunch hour!!!

This is the second time I’ve had an issue at this location. The first time I placed an order for pick up and 15 minutes later it wasn’t ready. The two guys working, were doing prank calls over the Sound system. This time, I decided to try the drive through. After waiting for 5 minutes without an answer, I decided to go inside and order. When I got inside, the same two guys from my previous visit were playing rock ‘n’ roll McDonald’s and a song about Batman’s a** over the speakers. Took 5+ minutes to make the sandwich because one of the guys disappeared to the back. The guy making the food reached into a bucket below the counter to grab a pickle & continued making my sandwhich without changing gloves. The quality of the food just isn’t as good as other places. There’s no way they use fresh bread at this location. I recommend going to a different Jimmy John’s location or just going to Jersey Mike’s instead. I’ve never seen someone in the food industry care less about their job.

Whenever I place an order, I always receive my delivery One to two hours late. The driver even had the urge to tell me to tip The driver. I’ve informed the managers, who’ve done nothing to make it right. Do not order from here and pick another location.

Ordered online and sat in drive thru line (with only 2 cars ahead of me) for 20 minutes. Got to window and they still did not have my food / drink ready. Will never come here again — if you’re really wanting JJ’s suggest driving the extra mile to the one by Jordan Creek.
