Extremely disappointed when most of the chicken I received in my family bucket meal and my 8 pc tenders were undercooked. Let's hope my family and I don't get sick. My son my daughter and I all had pieces that were pink. Only things that were cooked properly was our side dishes but the whole point of the meals is the chicken and we couldn't fully enjoy it because we kept biting into undercooked chicken that was still pink in the middle. The lady was super nice and I feel bad that she had to pretty much run the store by herself because she had no help from what my fiance observed. Do better because there no point to me having rewards points to use if I refuse to eat at this establishment ever again.

THE worst ever. There wasn't even 1 herb or spice on this chicken. And I am talking about even the salt was missing. Flour, water, chicken. It looked worse than the frozen chicken we'd get in the it's. Keep it hid back there and shut it down if this is the norm.

If there were negative reviews nitnwould be negative 10. I called and thenphone rang for 10 minutes wich means no customer service. They didn't even bother checking the phone as it rang. Probably screwing around on their phones as they have before. Not communicating with their customers either as well as the order was delivered to a completely wrong address

Took them 5 minutes of me sitting in front of the order machine for someone to say anything to me. Once I get an order done they gave me the completely wrong food. I don’t know how it’s hard to run a kfc

Went through the drive through and I committed the cardinal sin of not checking my order so of course it was incomplete when I got home. Tried to call the location more than once to let them know they needed to do a better job and the phone continually rings until I get a Verizon message that my call can’t be completed. Worst thing is I’m sure that even if they did read this they could care less.

Garbage. The fries and chicken I got smelled and tasted like straight cigarette/weed. I had the manager smell it and she said that seemed normal to her. I compared to my friend’s order who had a different type of chicken. His seemed normal. Eventually I had asked the manager to just throw it away and she offered for a refund which I gladly got.

Pathetic! I ordered a famous bowl and the chicken was chewy, old, and just nasty. KFC use to be so good but the quality is truly downhill. I'm surprised it's still in business. Sad. I rather eat the ass out of a rabid squirrel. If they cared just a little bit the food would have been decent.

Went here to the Clive location yesterday around 6ish with my 12 yr old son. The 2 women working at the counter were very nice....but the chicken seemed like the batter wasn't all the way cooked....the potatoes tasted like it was literally cornstarch and water that had been slightly thickened. The gravy was like water....literally. And the macaroni and cheese was so bland....with no taste at all. Super disappointed and will not go back to ANY KFC's after this experience. Supper sad because I grew up LOVING KFC so much. ???
