Your hours are currently misleading. My husband showed up this morning during open business hours, only to find the store was closed. I've noticed late in the day also that you're closed when I've driven by. We found out after this AM, through another store, that you guys are remodeling due to a fire and will open soon. Please update your temporary hours on Google due to the understandable situation... so no one else drives out of their way only to be disappointed. TY.

I went to the 86th street location on July 3rd and got two classic glazed donuts. They were at least 2 days old! I can't believe they still sell such poor quality donuts. Huge disappointment!

What’s going on with Krispy Kreme in Clive? Lobby is closed. Storage Pods out back. Junk piling up by the back door. Weeds every where. Limited selection of donuts. Trees grown over the drive thru. Either it’s closing or due for a major remodel.

Great donuts and they are freshly made unlike the other place in west Des Moines recommend coming here best donuts in town.

6:10 on a Saturday morning and they don’t have donuts to sell. I don’t mean they don’t have some specialty seasonal donut and a menu wasn’t updated, they don’t have their standard glazed donut. Or chocolate covered glazed. Or kreme filled. I had to give up and go to a donut store that sold donuts, apparently they do not. Mind boggling stuff.
