Big shout-out to the male manager at Krispy Kreme Clive today (Sept. 27) for showing such excellent customer service and kindness. He not only corrected the mistake in my order but also compensated me for the inconvenience. He sincerely apologized and even invited me to bring my daughter next time so she could have a special treat since the flavors were for her. He explained they were short-staffed and swamped, which I understand as a healthcare worker — I know how tough that...

Donuts are the best and you can’t convince me otherwise. Atmosphere is okay, it’s a donut shop style. Nothing to write home about. Service is great. Always helpful and gives great advice on donuts.

Employees in the front look very confused and worried. Thinking a little more training needs to go into play. Doughnuts are great!! Ordered a medium iced coffee, was given a small, it’s ok, wasn’t very good.
