Waited over 20 minutes for dine in order. At least three people were waiting on orders ahead of me and said they had been there over 20 minutes as well. Had to ask twice for a cup for soda that was included with my order. Person waiting for order after me was becoming with belligerent with employees because he had been waiting so long. I intended to have a quick bite to eat in the restaurant, but it wasn't quick and I took it to go when I finally did get it. The service/staffing here needs attention.

The service is inconsistent and lacking. I got food to celebrate my service dog's achievement faster than I did to get a cup to get something for me to fill myself.

This location is close to Drake University and it stays open late. The team member who worked in the drive through was a student, was very plesent, and provided great service. Various ordering options, Door Dash and to go delivery are available. This McDonalde is keeping up with changing times. 👏

Horrible service. I watched them give my order to the car next to me, then tried giving me her order and they went back to fix it just to give me the complete wrong order again. Waited 20 minutes for absolutely nothing.
Cold, loud Christian music. Apparently they want to preach while you eat.

This McDonald's definitely needed better cleaning. If I hadn't already ordered before I saw the conditions of the restaurant, I definitely wouldn't have ate here.
Nearly every table was dirty, the floors were not only dirty but something other than water was on the floor making it very slippery and the caution wet floor sings were all over even in the bathroom, but like I said wasn't wet, just dirty.
There were flys EVERYWHERE.
They didn't seem busy the tables could have been cleaned.

Probably the worst McDonald's in the metro. The floor is always filthy. Non existent service. Nothing stocked. Dirty tables. Food was stale. Very sub par. The layout is nice, and the interior would be good if clean.
