This McDonald's definitely needed better cleaning. If I hadn't already ordered before I saw the conditions of the restaurant, I definitely wouldn't have ate here.
Nearly every table was dirty, the floors were not only dirty but something other than water was on the floor making it very slippery and the caution wet floor sings were all over even in the bathroom, but like I said wasn't wet, just dirty.
There were flys EVERYWHERE.
They didn't seem busy the tables could have been cleaned.

Probably the worst McDonald's in the metro. The floor is always filthy. Non existent service. Nothing stocked. Dirty tables. Food was stale. Very sub par. The layout is nice, and the interior would be good if clean.

fuja and Jaden the two employees that work there taking orders tells people to go ahead and park and wait until their orders are ready and after waiting forever you come to find out oh well we don't have any lettuce

I decided to get some breakfast after I couldn’t sleep anymore longer, so I went to McDonald’s when they opened at 5am. When I got there the woman told me to wait and she would help me, I heard pots and pans clashing in the background. She came back so I could order, “what can I get for you” I told her I had a code from the app and gave the code to her and then proceeded with my order, large Carmel iced coffee, sausage McMuffin and a hash brown. She seemed annoyed that I was there and wasn’t friendly at all, when I got to the window she didn’t tell me my total and just held her hand out for my payment. Uhhh ok?… I got to the second window to get my food, she had to unlock the window and seemed more annoyed at that, handed me my coffee and closed the window. Another woman gave me my food and thanked me for coming and to have a nice morning. You open at 5am, you should be open and up and running when you open for business, not be annoyed with someone because they’re there. That woman needs training on customer service and pleasantries, if you’re having a bad morning or don’t want to be at work you need to put your fake face on and kill them with kindness. After tasting my coffee I threw it away and went to Starbucks, I got a free coffee there because the girl felt bad for the awful coffee I got at McDonald’s.

Took over 20 minutes to get our order, they were far from short on help. By the time our food arrived, most of it was lukewarm, not hot. And the sweet tea was far from sweet.

This restaurant keeps giving us all the old happy meal toys and puzzles. Man, where's all the new toys? My kids were really looking forward to those Sonic toys which is the whole point of getting a "happy meal"

I had a perfectly pleasant visit. I came during rush hour so there was a small wait but nothing that wasn’t given considering the time. The food was exactly what you’d expect and the people were really nice!

Hadn't eaten there for some time, but food was ok. Wait for food was longer than I figured, since it wasn't very busy at all. Hardly anyone inside & limited cars at the drive-thru. Still decent place for a "quick" bite.

This is the second time now that I’ve placed a curbside mobile order and have had to wait for 20+ mins! Then on top of this, we put no American cheese on two sandwiches for my husband who can’t have cheese, and both sandwiches had cheese. Don’t recommend this McDonald’s at all!

The last 2 weekends in a row, one of the breakfast sandwiches was missing something. The first time, a sausage egg and cheese biscuit was missing the egg. Today, my steak egg and cheese bagel was missing the steak!!!!! This is how they must be saving money or someone just doesn't care if you spend your money there or not. This is our neighborhood McDonald's. Will make the drive to Burger King next time.
