“My husband and I have eaten at Aura at least 5 times. We've also hosted group dinners there. The food is FANTASTIC, and the mussels are absolutely delicious. And I'm from the NW, I know delicious mussels! The ONLY thing keeping me from giving it a 5 STAR review is that the music is too loud, and it's monotonous. Please, serve quiet, enjoyable music to go along with your wonderful food.“

“Nick’s is always a win! If you’re there, you are family. The staff truly cares that your experience is spectacular. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is top-notch. Twice a month I meet up with a wonderful friend to sit at the bar, eat some snacks, and enjoy a bourbon or martini while she drinks wine. Even with the rarity of my visits, the bartenders treat me like a regular and work to get to know me. You cannot match the level of service! I typically stay for a short amount of time, eat while I’m there, and also take food home for my high school aged children. The to go food is always perfectly packaged and delicious even if it sits on the counter for a bit while we finish our conversation and settle bills. I cannot recommend Nick’s enough. I almost hate to post this review and ruin the truly beautiful experience.“

“We had our wedding dinner tonight at Harbinger. Low-key, just the two of us. We were treated with such kindness and respect from everyone, including the chef who made concessions to his tasting menu for my wife’s sugar issues. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. “Everything was phenomenal from beginning to end! The waitstaff was attentive but not overbearing, and our waiter in particular was so friendly and recommended the crab stuffed walleye, which was to die for! The environment was classy and intimate, yet casual enough that it felt comfortable and warm. The best part of the meal was the appetizer- the seared ahi tuna is too good for words, just trust me on this and order it! This was a great place to visit for my birthday dinner, and we definitely plan on being back.“

“We had dinner there tonight and I also had one of the Iowa mules. I don’t think I can recommend this place enough! Most places either make the drinks too strong but they taste gross or not strong enough and you don’t get your moneys worth, but this was probably the best mule I’ve ever had. Also the food was delicious and on a Saturday night we had no wait!“

“Chicago Speakeasy is a Des Moines mainstay. Noted for their great salad bar and prime rib. I don't eat prime rib so I can't attest to that. The only thing I can say is the last two times I have gone, what i ordered has been disappointing. I think it is hit or miss on some items.“

“The pizza is excellent! The small pizzas are larger than a dinner plate, and are a great deal when 1/2 price on Mondays. Quattro formaggio was delicious and had a ton of flavor. Even the carnivore at the table didn't miss the meat.

Service was ok. They were super busy so not sure if they were short staffed or if our experience was normal. Had to cancel a second beer ordered because we had finished dinner and it still hadn't arrived. Bill was dropped off without the specials discounted and had to be reprinted. Waiter was friendly and apologetic about the misses. Prior to being seated the hostess seemed very confused about table status.

Atmosphere is busy, it looked like the kitchen staff were having a great time and enjoying the dinner rush. It's fun to watch the pizzas being made.“

“We had pizza at Gilroys tonight! It is the best thin crust pizza around! The margarita is my go to and my husband gets the sausage and pepperoni! “I went to B Bops on my Bycycle to both get exercise and feed my fat face between 11:00-11:30pm on 4/18/21. They were super busy and as can happen in BUSY FAST FOOD SITUATIONS, mistakes do occur. They WILL occur. The question with B Bops or any other business is where do you go from there? Well in my case B Bops solved my Number 9 Burger and Fires problem with consummate professionalism not seen not seen since the Roman Siege of Alesia in 52 BC. Now some among you might say "Sean that is TOO PROFESSIONAL."🥴, to that I say how would you know? You weren't there man! 5/5 would def go again. B-Bops Invicta. McDonalds Delenda Est.“

“We had lunch there yesterday. I left with my belly full after having a delicious lunch of a huge cheese rite and delicious fries. My life partner had a delicious fish sandwich, cooked to perfection. The last time we were the the owner (I assume) offered me a boasted chicken leg, on the house. It was the best chicken I've had in years!!!! We don't go out much, but our next outing will definitely be to the Norwalk Maid-Rite for a chicken dinner!!“

“We went to Americana for a birthday this morning and had the breakfast buffet. The food was pretty standard for a buffet. The salted caramel pancakes and filled donut holes were good. The biscuits were over cooked. We also had Bloody Marys and Mimosas which were good“

“Highly recommend! Very glad that we stopped here on our way through Iowa. Had a bunch of different appetizers (portobello fries, roasted Brussels sprouts, pretzels with beer cheese, pub salad) and beignets for dessert, all of which were delicious. They have a huge variety of beers, as well as some really tasty cocktails, and we enjoyed creating our own flights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bartender in particular was very knowledgeable about all the different breweries, styles and particular beers. The space was clean and comfortable. It would be the perfect place to host a party. Wish we had this place in our city!“

“I wanted more food options, truth be told it was not what I expected I guess I was thinking more food court like and someone had told me food truck options but that was not the case which was NOT a problem at all.my husband and I both had brawtwurst and shares truffle fries, a drink and a bar beverage and is was $56. They were out of a few options on the menu, mainly seafood options, which I wanted shrimp.you order from the QR code on the tables or the kiosk when you enter.Nick which we believe was the manager was nice, approachable and appeared to be "not too good to work" he would grab something if we randomly asked as they were not busy for a Tuesday afternoon right after at.patricks day.Bathrooms were clean.Free refills on non alcoholic drinks.It would be a hug place to have a party.The distillery is separate from the food hall, I wasn't aware until I asked, I thought the distillary was were the drinks came from they are apparently two separate businesses.“
