Nothing Bundt Cakes

If I was able to give a negative star I would. My order was placed online, a confirmation number was given after payment was made. Once I arrived @this location in Clive, IA the cashier Reese asked how could she helped. I told her I was picking up my order and provided a confirmation number, I guess that wasn’t good enough or she couldn’t work her system to find my order. Her demeanor was snobbish and extremely rude. She also did not provide a carry out bag to put my cake in.Customer service is everything and if I didn’t need this cake for a celebration tonight I would have taken my business else where. Please note when you’re a business owner the first person is considered the face of your business, so please let’s not hire anyone that would be able to stunt the growth of your business. Is it?

Ordered a bundtlet with extra frosting and it was so good! Perfect, the staff was so amazing and my cake was just amazing, they really understood the extra frosting and came through. I love it here

Dietary restrictions: They are great with gluten free cakes as well! My mom can’t have gluten and she loved the chocolate chip gluten free!

Nothing Bunt Cake is amazing!! I love the gluten free chocolate chip mini cake! They did a great cake for my family to enjoy for our gender reveal they put a cute rattle in the middle to find out the gender!

No utensils, absolutely nothing to drink if you want a small cake, no milk, soda, nothing. Very poor business smarts...101 offer things to buy. First/last time. Mega fail

I ran in and picked up an assortment of cakes for our family Christmas in early January. They were so good my mom came back a week or so later to get some for a birthday party. 10/10 the cake flavors were SO good! And getting several meant you could mix slices of each. My favorite pairing was a slice of the lemon with a slice of the strawberry and cream. I will purchase again!

We love their bundt cakes. Ordered a dozen mini bundt cakes recently and enjoyed them too. Will always come back to this company for gift-worthy treats.

Love the bundt cakes and the different flavors, but I don't like how they don't offer you napkins or plastic utensils to eat the cake. Sometimes, you want to eat it before you get home.

Helpful in deciding what flavor! Yum!
