Service was good, but most recent visits have had very poor quality steak. Steaks (ny strip, ribeye) have been stringy and lacking fat. So far I have only had this issue at this location but it could be anecdotal. Hope to see improvements.

Very disappointing meal and service. My husband ordered a ribeye which was questionable if that was what he got. I ordered lobster. It was good but I had to ask 3 times for hot butter. Our waiter was not attentive and although it was early he just yawned and was bored. For the price of the food anymore we will find a better place. Pretty disappointing.

I called to inquire about a reservation for a party of 12 and spoke with the manager, who was extremely rude and dismissive. He immediately stated there was no room for us without any attempt to assist. This call was made for New Year’s Eve, and to make matters worse, the conversation was on speaker while we were traveling, which made the interaction even more embarrassing.
We were visiting from California and were very disappointed by how unwelcoming and unprofessional the experience was. Being treated this way left a really bad impression, and I would not recommend this location. The Outback Steakhouse in Victorville, CA has never treated us like this.

Had 8 oz sirloin and shrimp. The sirloin was very good as was the shrimp but the mashed potatoes were the best. My adult kids we're with me and had burgers with fries and said the Burgers and Fries had too much salt and they only ate about half of their meal. Would like to try the Prime Rib.

Had a lot of issues when I visited this location. It was over lunch very a few people in the restaurant took almost 45 minutes to get food and service. I was on a time crunch.

Our waiter Kevin first off. It was amazing, very friendly, nice guy. The food itself, not so great. The loaded cheese fries. We're so seasoned and salty, but we hadn't ate all day. So we were like, whatever it's fine. Then came the entrees, which took quite a while. I ordered prime rib when I got it.It had no au jus, i asked the food runner, oh Wait, there's no auju, and she just said, oh, we're out. I said, well, I don't, I want this then? And she said, well, I can get a manager which the manager came over there. No problem, don't want to be uh. W, downer, but it's not something I would eat.The prime room without everybody has their preferences.I wouldn't have ordered it if I would have known.They were out of the au jus - they said that was fine. They took the stake off my bill, which I didn't eat it. I didn't take it so that's fine. I ordered a piece of cake to go for later in the hotel for supper, but I could tell it was not the normal portion that you get because I've gotten cake to go at. Oh, back almost every single time and I could tell they just kind of gave me a shut up piece so to speak - my partner had the pasta with the shrimp and the chicken and the noodles were hard. I think that my food was taking a long time to get ready. And his must have been done and just sat there waiting. Because the noodles were very hard like you could tell. They sat before they brought it out, they weren't soft and creamy, and mixed in You could tell they had sat for a little bit i'm not sure but I think they said, well, waiting for mine to be done, because like I said there was a wait but The Star best part of the evening was the waiter Kevin. He was so apologetic, it was so uh, friendly, he actually cared. He apologized a 100 × 4 something that is not his fault. The kitchen should have told the waitstaff, you know what they were out of and yeah. Such a nice man. Totally give him props for making a not so great experience into better one

Photo is of said cake, like I said, been a long time since I've ordered cake to go but I do remember that before it was a good sixe piece (enough for 2) they put it in a nice takeout container and they put some cinnamon on the plate, not crammed it into a tiny to go styrofoam container that cake. It's a 9.99 pice of cake - overall, the food was meh, but the service from Kevin and including the management that took care of my steak. Were great

I had a meal at the Clive, IA location and just hoping to get a refund for this meal? I was so excited to get a blooming onion but after eating just a few I had to stop- they were so greasy! Then I had a side of the Caesar salad and after just a few bites I could not finish it. The dressing was so peppery and did not taste good. When I got the sirloin & grilled shrimp, the shrimp were on a piece of brown bread that looked terrible! The shrimp had no flavor, but the steak was good as was the sweet potato. The service was very good! I am just very disappointed with spending $46 for food that wasn't good. I know you probably don't do this, but could I get credit back on my credit card? I do not want a gift card as I will not be returning to this restaurant! I don't usually complain but I was really looking forward to this meal but was very unhappy with the food. I tried to find an email for your corporate office and couldn't find one anywhere on any websites for Outback Steakhouse. Thanks!

They need new cooks as the food is awful compared to other Outback Steakhouses and they should force the owner to sell the location as the food has been terrible way to long. We have been told by different managers that they cannot fire the cooks and they are this places biggest problem. I have yet to ever get a to go order correct. Only people in Iowa would let the cooks put the plastic containers on the food!!!

The best part of our meal was the fact that work paid for it and the bread was warm! Oh and the men's room was clean but cold as hell. Service was lacking and steak was spiceless. Drinks could have been heavier.
