I placed a mobile order for a drink while at the bank on 22nd and University. The app gave me a pickup time of 10:06. I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:05 and waited behind another car. When I reached the window, the two employees were extremely condescending and told me, "You need to give us more time because we don't prioritize mobile orders!"
I explained that my app said my drink would be ready at 10:06, but the employee making the drink yelled, "It just came in one minute ago!" When she finally handed me my drink, I showed her my app with the pickup time, and she simply responded, "Well, the app is wrong."
To top it off, I had ordered my drink with light ice, but it was so full of ice that I could barely stir it.
I don't think I will be coming back to this one.

This is actually the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. If you’re having a bad day and you think coffee will help it won’t be this coffee. I believe my servers name was Nicole or something along those lines and she was one of the most condescending people I’ve ever met. These people want more than minimum wage but can’t put in the minimum effort to talk like a decent person? Here’s a tip since they want one so bad do better or get a different job.

The morning staff at this location are incredibly rude and condescending, I typically come through at night and have never any issues.The one with the glasses, grey hair and a mask needs an attitude adjustment, bad.
they didnt fully do the right drink and very rude, barley any sweet cold foam in mine and both of my friends drinks. worst starbucks i’ve gone to.

Order a hazelnut shaken oatmilk espresso with light ice with Jen today at the clive location on Buffalo, she informed me that they are not able to do light ice because it is a safety issue, i was like what, she responded yes ma’am it’s a safety issue. Very disappointed that I cannot order my coffee with light ice if I prefer so. Starbucks has long ways to go when it comes to satisfaction of their customers.

this location isn't the one i usually go to, and i will never come back. Both of the baristas i spoke to were rude and condescending. After ordering from one, the other came over the speaker to sharply tell me to pull forward. that same woman was at the window and handed me my food without a word and barely looked at me. I drove away very confused by the whole situation.

Just wanted to say the baristas at ingersoll have been very rude quite a few times and the baristas here are always wonderful, this might be the only starbucks i go to now (on the rare occasion i go). Samiya or Samira (i can’t remember) was specifically very kind and understanding! :)

Always on point
Starbucks is scammy. If I buy a $7 drink, don’t make half of it ice!! Especially when I ask for light ice. Also, sick of making a purchase and it asks for a tip. The corporation should be able to generate decent incomes for their employees, I’m not supplementing that income for an already over-priced drink. And it asks for the tip before you even recieve the product which is just kinda like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ bc you don’t even know what you’re tipping for and to receive a beverage that is 50% ice?? Ridiculous and this serves as the final time I will purchase anything from this corrupt and scammy business.
