Just wanted to say the baristas at ingersoll have been very rude quite a few times and the baristas here are always wonderful, this might be the only starbucks i go to now (on the rare occasion i go). Samiya or Samira (i can’t remember) was specifically very kind and understanding! :)

This is the best Starbucks location that I have been to in and around the Des Moines area. The coffee never taste, burnt or bitter like a lot of Starbucks locations and they seem to have the ratios for milk/cream/sweetener perfected. The service is always on point as well.

The drinks are great, but like most food service businesses its not always consistent. Drink was good but less than 2/3rds full, which tends to happen when they're busy, but It's always busy because its Starbucks!
