Walked in tonight - Friday - just before 7. Took my family of 4 in to try a new place for dinner, Sat in the section away from the bar. It was open.
We were completely ignored. No acknowledgement when we walked in. None while seated for 20 mins. And none when we walked right by both bartenders on our way out.
I don’t have high standards for service. But I’m not spending my $120 dinner ticket somewhere I’m actually noticed, much less served a beer or pizza.
Enjoy your regulars. When the bar fails, they’ll find a new place.

Walked in and the bartender just stared at us like we had walked into a private place by mistake. No one said anything, so we sat ourselves. They were not busy; barely enough people to fill the bar. Sat at the table for 5 minutes, and absolutely no one interacted with us. Got up and left.
