Called in a to go order. When I looked at the receipt at home, I discovered they charged me $1.00 for a call in order. They never told me this when I ordered nor has any other restaurant ever charged me for this. This is bullsh*t in my opinion. I won't ever call in another order.
I grew up eating The Other Place Pizza at one of the older locations, in Evansdale. I think OP Pizza is the very top of the line of Pizzas, and consider it the gold standard for how a pizza should be. Sure, I like other pies, but OP can’t be beat. While the food is very good, they are hugely lacking attention to detail in their to-go orders. Very often, the condiments that are important to the meal are left out in carry-out/delivery. We have contacted them a few times and sent a lengthy comment to them and have gotten no response at all. That is NOT what I call great customer service!
