"I'd like a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, please, without ketchup or mustard; that's it... to go". Simple request, right? At 1:40 pm (after the lunch rush) and no one in the line, you'd think they could get this order correct. But of course, I'm at Wendy's... I should not have made that assumption. Instead the incompetent team at Wendy's hands me a bag that contained the barely editable burger (see photos) inside.
There's a damn good reason why Wendy's has been declining in sales and quality over the past few years. This is a great example visually... if you could taste this crap, you'd then understand from a quality standpoint. A team of people that probably could not keep a job anywhere else serving cold, make-it-however-I-feel-like-it burgers.
Dave Thomas is probably rolling over in his grave about the way this entire franchise has gone down hill. It will definitely be the last time I eat at this pathetic restaurant.

this place is trash. its 2025 and the lobby is closed in the middle of the day on a Saturday. everyone inside this location is too damn lazy and really puts forth zero effort to keep their customers satisfied. again these are a lazy bunch of clowns. NO LOBBY SHOULD BE CLOSED ON A SATURDAY AT 2:45 P.

Why is your dining room closed at 6:30 on a Saturday night?! We also came one time around 8pm and it was closed when the sign states it’s open until 9pm? Maybe you need to state on the door why you’re closed early because that screams just laziness from the workers not wanting to do their job.

Ordered several of the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwichs, they cost 8.19. Was given the spicy chicken sandwich- That cost 6.99. They ripped me off.

Got 3 things wrong in our order even after repeating several times what the order was. They took food back when we told them it was wrong which was weird because they usually don't for sanitary reasons. They eventually fixed the important part of our order they messed up. Didn't give us a receipt.

I ordered a crispy chicken BLT tonight and they gave me a chicken and lettuce sandwich. No bacon, no tomato, and no cheese. %50 of the sandwich I ordered was missing. By time I got home and realized their mistake, they were closed and no longer answering the phone. When I drove back to the store, I told them I don’t need it fixed tonight since they are closed but it does need to be rectified and the workers gave me an attitude and acted like they weren’t going to rectify their mistake. I asked for the managers name and one of the workers gave me a fake name. I know this to be true because he stumbled and started to give me one name, then changed it to another name. I will not update my review unless they rectify the issue tomorrow.

I think over the years we have only been able to eat in store once. Just tried again. The hours posted on the paper say 9am-4pm. And it’s locked….

Only the drive through was open. Signs, posted on the locked doors, said the dining room was only open 9:00am to 4;00pm. We were there at 3:00pm. Very disappointing this is still happening. I know places are having trouble finding help, but at least communicate appropriately.

On Google & the sticker on the Drive Thru says 10 pm on weekdays. I went through the drive thru around 9:15. Manager was very rude & dismissive. I did not like that. They need to change the hours. It's the principal that got me.
This experience occurred on 09/11/24. I have many problems with this place, starting with how it's run. If I could give zero stars I would. The workers are rude, and are completely unacceptable. First, we get our food but the order is wrong, so, we drive around the line to tell them at the speaker that we got the wrong order. They then told us that we had to wait through the entire line in order to get our correct order even though we shouldn't even have to go back. So, we tried to park and come in through the front door, only to find out that all of the doors outside were locked and you could only communicate with them through the drive-thru speaker and the second window. They wouldn't even bring us our things to the first window. So we got back in line and waited. When we finally got to the window after waiting for 20-30 minutes, we had to explain to the worker that he actually did NOT put multiple of our items into the bag even though he began to argue with us that he did, elevating to a yell at us. He then shut the window door in our faces as the workers in the back laughed at us. The window door shutting in our face has happened multiple times by several of the workers. We had a special order sandwich due to one of my family members allergies. After waiting, he finally brings out some of them missing items. Only to find out that they still got it wrong the second time! The very item that was going to be given to my family member with allergens. He than began to tell us that this mistake was "only a problem" for us and " Not a problem" for him. Word for word. He then took the sandwich and our receipt and remade it accordingly. Our food that was given to us to "make up" for this incident wasn't even warm. It was cold and the fries were not fresh at all. They didn't even apologize or offer a refund. He then "forgot" to give us our receipt back. We had to request it back and order to make a complaint to corporate, which we will be doing. We will not be back to this Wendy's and I highly recommend that no one else does either.

I've ordered from this Wendy's three times since living in the area, by Uber Eats and Doordash, each once, and once in person, and it has gone badly each time. The first two orders they missed items I'd ordered, one time forgetting the fries and once the ten piece spicy nuggets, and the one time in person the fries were cold and on the low side portion-wise, the bun seemed dry, and to be honest the staff seemed distracted and needed repeated instructions to get my order right.
There is room for improvement.
