Don’t go here if you would like to have a say in the food you are ordering, refused to not put ice in my drink through the drive through. Put tomatoes on the burger that doesn’t even have tomatoes on it…. Wouldn’t be disappointed to see this location closed

Bad experience. Stopped by at 8:50 on Friday and manager told us to our face they were closed because they wanted to go home early. Posted hours until 9.

"I'd like a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, please, without ketchup or mustard; that's it... to go". Simple request, right? At 1:40 pm (after the lunch rush) and no one in the line, you'd think they could get this order correct. But of course, I'm at Wendy's... I should not have made that assumption. Instead the incompetent team at Wendy's hands me a bag that contained the barely editable burger (see photos) inside.

There's a damn good reason why Wendy's has been declining in sales and quality over the past few years. This is a great example visually... if you could taste this crap, you'd then understand from a quality standpoint. A team of people that probably could not keep a job anywhere else serving cold, make-it-however-I-feel-like-it burgers.

Dave Thomas is probably rolling over in his grave about the way this entire franchise has gone down hill. It will definitely be the last time I eat at this pathetic restaurant.
