Located inside the Coral Ridge Mall food court. Both times I've been here, the food was fresh and hot! Today, there was almost no line around 12pm. Last time, there was about a 5-10 minute in line. The food is somewhat greasy but definitely delicious.

Person I was with ordered pretzels and not bites. Corrected male worker and he got upset with her telling her it's same thing. ( yes, technically but cost is more) and he can't sell it if takes back. Not her problem in reality. I then paid with a cash back app that lists them as participant. He then tried to act like I was trying to steal from him bc he didn't know what the app was and kept demanding money. I proceeded to show him both the app that shows I paid and my bank account with Auntie Anne's listed as most current transaction. Still treated me like a thief but then walked away from me.

The cinnamon treats were so wonderful, I ate a whole large cup of them. The people serving at this location were super nice and friendly.

I'd never eaten at this pretzel spot. I'd only ever gone to pretzelmaker so I decided to try them and I ordered pretzel bites. The only thing that impressed me was that half the pretzel bites were twice the size of golf balls. They were salted decently though, and they had a nice firm taste to them. But they were a little too buttery, almost like they were dunked in butter for 10 minutes. Overall, it wasn't bad but I think I'll stick with Pretzelmaker.

I think this is the coral ridge store. I've gotten many times and pretty good. Today it was almost burnt, very stay, and seemed stale or day old. Terrible! At $4 a dry stale burntish pretzel is not how to keep customers

I love this pretzel place. It is a taste of home for me and the quality is amazing. The pretzels are fresh and the staff is great.

Unfriendly. Asked for a small nuggets with lots of salt butter and she handed me one already made up and cold. No lots of anything. I will keep going to the one outside Barnes and Noble. Very nice people.

My pretzel was so hard and tough that it was not anything that cold be ate. It was cold and AWEFUL! This has happened before, I am done with Auntie Anne's.

She didn't change her gloves after handling my cash transaction. Then proceed to handle food.

I'm not for sure how this place has an average of 4-stars... The ladies behind the counter seemed pleasant enough- with each other. We got barely ghost of a smile and no greeting before they looked at me for our order. My mom and I ordered a cinnamon pretzel with cheese (for her) and mini hot dog pretzel bites for myself. Medicore overall, and mine were more burnt than not. The biggest negative for me - how STICKY the floor was! It felt like it was covered in velcro - I don't know if that was from an unbalanced ratio of cleaning chemical/water or what. Maybe just not my taste, my mom liked her pretzel well enough. That's why I give it 2 stars instead of 1. I'll try again in the future to compare my experiences and will update then!
