I took my parents here and we will definitely be coming back again! Our server, Parker, was very attentive and friendly and answered lots of questions for us. I had the Mac Attack Burger, which was delicious with the creamiest Mac n cheese on top - messy but so yummy. My parents both raved about their meals, the Ranch Chicken Sandwich and the Cajun Jack Chicken Sandwich. We felt our portions were huge for the price. My mom really wants to go back for a boozy milkshake! Will be returning and highly recommending!

We came by here for lunch today. Everyone was so friendly and the place was really nice. I really didn't have the heart to tell them the nachos sucked. There was barely any cheese on them, and the cheese that was on them was cold. It didn't have the black bean garnish it was supposed to have, and they forgot to bring the side of jalapenos, and barrel house sauce whatever that is. Also there was only like 5 tomato chunks on it as well. I was starving and just ate it anyways cause I didn't want to hassle with a remake since my fiance was already eating. To say the least I was really disappointed, especially with the 16 dollar price tag. But again everyone was super nice, and I'm sure they would of fixed it but we were in a bit of hurry for a quick lunch. Everything was served super fast too.

We came because of a previous experience. That time it was low key and quiet. This time we came with a group, it was loud, we could hardly hear each other, I doubt I will return.

Busy Friday night last weekend. Ordered at 5:10 and it was after 6 when my friend and I received our food. Not sure if not enough cooks or servers or what the issue was. The food was wonderful when we finally got it. Will try again, just maybe not on a weekend night.

My partner has been here before and noted that it's slow but always assumed this had to do with the size of party he'd gone with.
It took 40 minutes to get our food on what appeared to be a quiet middle of the afternoon. It took both a long time for our orders to be taken and to arrive.
Drinks were never refilled.
While my partner found his food okay, I ordered the ranch chicken sandwich and was very disappointed. The online picture shows ranch oozing off the sandwich. The reality was incredibly dry and bland tenders with barely any ranch. I also could not ask for more ranch to make the sandwich more palatable because the waitress never ran past the table until we were done eating. I was coughing the sandwich was so dry but we never got any check in nor drink refills. The fries were good as, were the lemonade and iced tea, but for the prices charged, the food and service were both very lacking.

I had such a great experience at Barrel House! I ordered their nachos to-go, but they gave me a call letting me know they were out of tortilla chips. They offered me 15% off if I wanted to choose something else, but I mentioned that I was pregnant and really craving their nachos, and asked if I could bring my own chips. They were so kind and understanding, and told me it was no problem! When I arrived and dropped off the chips, they were extremely welcoming and even surprised me with a $10 gift card and a sweet “Congratulations” for my pregnancy. Their customer service went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for how accommodating and thoughtful they were. Thank you, Barrel House — you definitely made my day!
