I visited for first time. I had the chicken salad. The chicken salad itself was okay but nothing overly special. The seasonings were a little weird. The bread was extremely dry and crumbly which made it hard to eat. Not sure price was worth it. I didn't realize I had to retrieve my own drink (lemonade) since they bring your food to you. So I sat there forever waiting for my drink before figuring it out. You self dispense your own water if choose and it was warm. Ice would go along way. I enjoyee the color schemes and overall look inside but the echoing of conversations was almost too overstimulating for me. Everytime there was a gust of wind it sounded like a train coming through the building.

Have had two excellent dinners here since they started dinner service. Good price for the quality, and the desserts are something special.

We were here for dinner. Had an appetizer, entrees (walleye, steak frites, short rib) and dessert and everything was amazing. Presentation was very good. Highly recommend for a nice dinner spot. Drinks are also good and the bread is 10/10.

Perfect for a quick coffee and baked good. Love all the croissants, especially the apple pie croissant.

If the movie Pleasantville (1998) were translated into a restaurant concept, this would be it: strange, almost eerie.Cheerful team members, with zero menu knowledge, are overly eager to assist.A very visibly anxious young woman with red hair was seen chasing and scolding team members whilst amongst guests. My companion overheard her telling another colleague, ‘Get off my clock now, or I will clock out for you.’ Lack of professionalism evident. The food definitely tastes grey: bland, unseasoned, rushed. The flavor profile of the shortcuts being taken was off-putting. You can taste the head chef’s lack of experience in every bite. The naivety here was served raw, coated in self-righteous idealism.Unlike the movie, I don’t think this will end on a high note.

Had a nice meal with coworkers. The food was good and the service was fine but that day, the place seemed a little cool. The prices are a little high compared to other sandwich places but they make their own bread and the food is good.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to observe a cross section of white suburban Middle America in a barndominium style prefab humanarium? One side is glass so you can observe from outside if you find the sounds they make when they feed disturbing. Unposted dress code enforced through a policy of strict voluntary participation.Coffee is drinkable. Food is unsurprising. Service is rapid and rf locaters keep your wait staff too distant to inspire tipping. Spotless.I wasn't sure it was going to be ok at first. They seemed like they might pounce at any time as I walked amongst them gripping my tazer under my hoodie. No one was injured.

The first few rounds at this joint were a hit—knockout flavors, top-notch quality. But, alas, time hasn't been kind to this establishment. Our recent visit was a stark contrast; it's like the seasoning decided to take a permanent vacation, and the quality packed its bags and followed suit. Let's talk about the corn soup. Ever wondered what the culinary impersonation of vomit might taste like? - and I'm really sorry for planting that image in your head - but that soup was an unwelcome journey into the realm of taste and texture. Trust me, it's as off-putting as it sounds. Then there was my ranchero burrito, which has somehow transformed into a mushy mystery, losing all the flavor fireworks it used to set off. Meanwhile, my husband revisited his old favorite, the smoked salmon sandwich, only to discover the salmon had swapped its fresh, flavorful zest for an unwelcome fishy funk.I swear, my college dorm room culinary experiments put up a stiffer competition. It baffles me how a place can tumble from grace so swiftly. Here's hoping the professionals from Big Grove step in and swiftly save the day before Barrett's fades into a ghost story told by the foodie community.

Too loud, hard to hear a conversation at my own table but could hear others a few tables away.Food and coffee was good.We plan to come back when it warms up so we can sit outside and not have so much background noise.

It’s just not worth the price! I was really excited when I heard they were opening but was let down big time once I tried the food.

Today is my second time to the restaurant for lunch I must say the chocolate mousse dessert is excellent but everything else that I had ordered was unimpressive. The.prices are too pricey for the sandwich! Imagine my surprise when my to go order rang up to $34 without a drink order!!! I ordered a roast beef sandwich and instead of the mixed green salad or chips that comes with the sandwich for $16.95 before tax, I choose the up-charge option - pasta salad instead - $3.95. I also ordered 1 chocolate mousse $7 before tax and 1 cream puff $3 before tax! So my sandwich order with a side order of pasta salad was about $21 before tax!!! I added a 10% tip so that is how my order rang up to about $34
