Charleys Cheesesteaks

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This place is well past it's days of being anything that resembles edibles food.. bland, reducliusly small portions... calling there corporate office when I get home this place should be shut down.

I got cheese fries and a sandwich. The sandwich was great but the fries were awful and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. I was very disappointed as the fries added a significant cost on the total.

Food has always been good here. But today I attemtped to order from their new menu where they have combos. I believe the owner was the one that tried to take my order and he was absolutely rude and just a prick. I will not be back. I walked away and went to Sbarro instead and was treated very well.

I know this is a sandwich place but I mean everything should come out hot and some taste. Got the wings there and they came out cold on the inside. Then to top it of it was tasteless not hot at all as I got the buffalo. Another thing is my fries where sitting on the counter for 3 orders before my order was ready. Everyone else got there pulled out and freshly made fries. Plus they were rushing me and the employee to take my order. Worst experience ever.

Very rude staff with zero consideration that their English is very poor. As a customer the only reason I ordered the food was because I love Charley's but this location is typical of Johnson County. Zero accountability for employees actions and words.

I order boneless wings and It was the most salting thing I’ve ever eaten it doesn’t even looks like wings it looks like nuggets

Not good, mediocre at best. Not much meat and ordered 2 orders at same time. One done less than a minute, other 10 minutes. They left the 1st on the counter for 10 minutes. I wouldn't go back. Not much meat, blah flavor, one meal cold.

This place was 😍!! The California Chicken Sandwich was FIRE!!!! DECENT PRICE TOO!!! I totally recommend!!!!

Worst Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had. I cannot believe they even call it a Philly cheesesteak it is that bad.

Very disappointed. The picture speaks for it's self! The pricing is ridiculous for what you get now. Never again from this location. There are more jalapeños then meat 🤨
