I love this place. Their menu is great, and the food is delicious.

I order boneless wings and It was the most salting thing I’ve ever eaten it doesn’t even looks like wings it looks like nuggets

Not good, mediocre at best. Not much meat and ordered 2 orders at same time. One done less than a minute, other 10 minutes. They left the 1st on the counter for 10 minutes. I wouldn't go back. Not much meat, blah flavor, one meal cold.

This place was 😍!! The California Chicken Sandwich was FIRE!!!! DECENT PRICE TOO!!! I totally recommend!!!!

Worst Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had. I cannot believe they even call it a Philly cheesesteak it is that bad.

Very disappointed. The picture speaks for it's self! The pricing is ridiculous for what you get now. Never again from this location. There are more jalapeños then meat 🤨

Man, I always eat here because the cheese steak sandwich is always so freaking good.But I have always thought that the service is terrible ?, the work environment looks very toxic, and the Asian looking lady, the one that seems to be the manager/owner is always in bad mood, You can tell by her face and how she speaks to the employees and to you!! HahahaThe other day she scolded me because she was busy when I asked for a straw for my beverage ?Man, I hope she doesn't read this or she'll scold me again. LMAO.Again, really awesome sandwiches, only reason I keep buying there

This is my favorite place to eat and I live over an hour away. Sometimes I’ll make the drive just for Charlie’s. It’s amazing food and the customer service is great!

Overall a pretty good experience. I had to explain my order several times to the guy at the register, but I'd rather do that than get the wrong thing. And they did it right. It's a little pricey for what you get, especially the Ultimate Fries, which are nothing all that special. But, it was good.
