I love chic filled, this location is horrible, it's the 4th time in the last month they have messed up my order. Every single time I get it! I guess i should've checked my bag this time knowing this is par for the course with them. So disappointed 😞

I personally love Chick-fil-A. However, this particular restaurant is the worst I have ever been to. Had an extremely poor interaction with the employees. They ignored me for over 20 minutes after having placed and received a previous order. So my food got to sit and get nice and cold and soggy. I had placed a second mobile order to get an additional food item. However, I was ignored by the staff for 20+ minutes and had to force my way to the register and demand service. Once I did that they helped me.

Amazing customer service by far in the fast food chain

I was waiting in line and was next to place my order at the register. However, the team member taking orders went ahead and took the order of the person behind me. I didn’t mind at first, since I was still next at the register. Unfortunately, the person working the register seemed to be moving very slowly or may have been having some difficulty entering orders. By the time I was able to place my order, two people who were originally behind me had already ordered.

It was a frustrating experience because I had been waiting longer. Additionally, the employees were not very friendly, which is surprising and not what I typically expect from Chick-fil-A’s high standards of service. I believe a different system could help make the process smoother and more fair for all customers.

So slow, every time. Never give you any ice, just a full cup of hot tea. Manager is always sitting out in the food court.

I did curbside pickup so I wouldn't have to go in with my toddler except I ended up having to go in anyways because I was given no straws, sauces, or napkins. No sauce for a 30 count nuggets is kind of ridiculous.

Curbside order today at 1:40pm, was not good. I ordered 3 piece meal with 2 chick fil-a sauces and a brownie. I saw that brownie was not in order and pointed it out to attendant. He returned with other customer’s order but not my brownie. I had to call store to report my missing items. I am super not happy with this service and will look for lunch elsewhere in the future!
