Horrible service, called too place an order for pick up at 9:20pm. Was told the kitchen is closed. My family had just called and placed an order 2 minutes before and they accepted that order. Now half of us are eating and the other half isn't. Their posted kitchen closing time is 11pm. Update your kitchen closing hours or honor the hours listed. Makes no sense to refuse an order 2 minutes after just taking one when it is nowhere close to kitchen closing time. Will never be getting food here again.

Solid food and had some of the best service we have had in the area here with Brooke as our server. Don't expect your socks to be knocked off by the food, it is still Chili's, but there are good deals to be had on the menu and it will hit the spot for dinner every now and then. The service we received was phenomenal and that is what will bring us back next time.

This place use to be really good with great waiters and good food now the waiters barely came to the table even know it was not busy also order a burger asked for no pickles and only got pickles then they took it back and my burger was smashed and poorly put back together would not recommend

Got robbed basically. Check was 42.27 gave the waiter 3 20’s expecting my change back so I can give him a tip but then he proceeded to walk past us ignoring when we would try to get his attention wouldn’t even look at us. Ended up just taking the L and walked out 10 minutes later. Thank you

I hadn't been to Chili's in years. I had the greatest experience I've had dining in a very long time. The waiter we had was so very friendly and patient. We took a little bit of time with the menu. There are so many delicious choices we had a difficult time coming to a decision about what to eat. We ordered chips and salsa for an appetizer. My significant other ordered a burger and fries. I ordered the Big Dipper. I got two of the sliders fried mozzarella and chicken strips. I wanted to order the southwestern egg rolls but they were out 😭. The fried cheese is fantastic and I highly recommend it.

We came in with a party of 9 people. We were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and our food was excellent!! Most of us ordered from the 3 For Me menu which is a great value!! I would absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Our waiter got our drinks wrong, forgot to put in our appetizer order in and never came to check on us. He also never checked our IDs for our alcoholic drinks (yes we are both of age but appear under 30 years old and they are legally required to check ID.

i never leave bad reviews, but the ribs were burnt and the shrimp on my steak was cold. amazing server tho! hate to complain. the arctic freeze margarita is bad do not get it 😭 tastes like fabuloso the floor cleaner.

We had gotten the mozzarella sticks and I looked over at my friend who was pulling the single longest hair I have ever seen in my life out of his mouth. Our server also didn’t seem to care about us. But the hostess was nice.
