Service was poor. There were many workers in there but only one person actually serving the customers while others stood around and watched. I’ve never had this happen before but whoever made the chicken put way too much salt in it so my burrito bowl tasted awful. Very disappointing for a usually reliable restaurant chain

Chicken was so salty as to almost be inedible
Tried them for a 2nd time. $22 for tacos and a burrito bowl. The only way the food could be colder is a freezer. So disappointing refrigerator cold food. Tacos are wrapped in foil so they had to be cold on assembly. Cold steak, cold chicken and cold brisket.. very disappointed!
they had no chicken and rice left on a friday night so i get a steak bowl and guess what they acted like the food came out of there paycheck never coming back

It’s wild paying 22 dollars for a burrito bowl with extra steak and seemingly getting less than a normal bowl. Also payed extra for queso and barely got any. Nothing is measured, and you’re depending on the mood/competence of the workers. Food was ok at best.
Edit: it’s the morning after and I’m still annoyed. Many businesses in our country has resorted to price gouging. Go to los agaves in Iowa City and for 20 dollars you will be eating for two days on amazing food. This place is trash. With ten employees standing at the counter, they probably have to sell 10 20 dollar burrito bowls an hour just to pay for them. Please don’t eat here, save your money

Food looked like it was left out all day. My service was trash. I didn't get a hi how are you? Or even a welcome to Chipotle. The employees have no people skills at all. All worried about they own business and what's going on after work. One man show. No teamwork. What a waste of money. The store inside looked clean and fresh. Oh don't fall for anything extra in the restaurant. 10.00 burrito to just sit in my fridge and than get thrown away.

So a smoked brisket burrito 12.95 extra meat a additional 7.05 so 20 buck. Chicken burrito 8.95... I should have done chicken. I know beef is expensive, but really. Extra meat on brisket is 7.05 while a chicken burrito is 8.95. So if I went chicken I could get a second burrito for 1.90. Idk I feel it's overprice. Also I saw the receipt after I paid. No hate but just showing it

Food was not fresh and the portion was tiny. Not even the lettuce was a full portion. The staff acted as if they didn’t know what the heck was happening. AWFUL service and just got served their left overs.

So far food has been decent until today. Somehow the chips are both too done (which would have been fine) but also very underdone and soggy. Like legit brown burnt soggy. How
Is it even possible? Absolute inedible.

Actually one of the worst Chipotles I’ve been too. The only thing this one has over the Iowa City one is parking and Drive Thru pick up but it seems even that is a hassle. I went to this location and noticed immediately that people were being served tiny portions. This prompted me to ask for extra of everything and even then it still wasn’t nearly the same portions I got at Iowa City. I got home and realized the guac I received was just a half of an avocado. THEN I took a bite and the rice was as crunchy as nerds candy. Disgusting. Unless something changes up top, I ain’t coming back. I recommend detouring and going to Iowa City.

Not sure what's up with this place? Staff seems like they were specifically trained to be unfriendly. Soggy chips-how does that happen? When I asked for extra corn, I thought the guy was going to kill me. Too bad, Chipotle has always been one of our favorites.

I went around noon and ordered in-store. There was no line and the workers were quick, friendly, and patient when my app was having issues with a queso coupon. The burrito/bowl was more expensive than other locations ($8.90 base price). Portions were a bit small. The queso was coagulated and gross though I think this is more of a company issue rather than location. The chips were stale but I’ve also had that issue at Iowa city location. As a whole, chipotle quality has gone downhill so I pretty much got what I expected. That being said, my experience with ordering was much better than others. Perhaps the online ordering process or pickup is more likely to create issues
