OMG! These are the best cookies I've every had. Love the Monster cookies. Crispy, and gooey center. My husband loved Maya's Caramel Cake cookie. unlike me, he likes cake type cookies. We will be back to try other flavors.

We've been here three times and the cookies are usually really good, especially the peanut butter ones. Yesterday I bought six and had to throw 4 of them in the trash because they were so hard we couldn't bite into them. The peanut butter cookies we tried to eat were only edible in the middle. I'm not sure if they were over baked or old but we had 4 different types and all were inedible.

I've loved Cookies & Dreams since they started in Davenport. Now living in Coralville, I frequent the IRL and usually get my cookie fix. Overall, C&D makes an amazing cookie - perfection. However this location has dismal customer service and consistently lacks inventory. I've visited twice now recently and there's been just 3-4 cookies available, which I could understand around closing time but not early in the day. Want a flavor they've featured on social media? It's unlikely you'll find it here. Hoping this is location overcomes the staffing and inventory issues because it's such a great addition to the IRL.

Absolutely great customer service! All I did was buy 1 cookie for my son and the gal who waited on us was very friendly and complimentary! I WILL go again, and I’ll treat myself next time!!

Not impressed! Person on counter was not informative and didn't greet us when we walked in. Told us 22 dollars for 12 then tried to charge us 25 for 6 cookies when we were getting a dozen and so that changed to 36 dollars for 12. The gal couldn't even fold or boxes nor get them to stay closed with stickers and said "sorry these just came off of the truck" All the way around a disappointment and won't be back We even traveled an hour and a half to get them.

For over $4 a cookie these should be awesome. They are similar to Walmart loft house cookies. They’re pretty, but that’s about it. Save yourself some dough lol and skip this place.
