Very very disrespectful. I called to cancel and get a refund for a order I never received, the guy kept hanging up on me and then when I called again saying I was getting hung up on, he then said the refund was already processed , but wasn’t saying anything before. Just kept hanging up on me.

We order from here quite often and the food quality is about 25/75. Most of the time we get what we ordered and it arrives hot and on time. But there are the occasional times the food is overcooked, the pasta doesn’t have enough sauce, only a few pieces of chicken or is obviously leftover from the previous day. It seems they skip the quality control step before it leaves the store or just don’t care. I don’t like leaving bad reviews as a rule and I wouldn’t have today if I could have left this information on their website but the review section only allowed one response and blocked the rest. I know this location is capable of top quality food if they would just make sure that is what goes out the door.

The ease of ordering for this place is amazing. The pizza we ordered was thin crust with spinach and we added chicken and changed the sauce to Parmesan garlic, it was very good! My son wanted the buffalo boneless wings and he loved them! The only thing I would change is the garlic knots, they need to be a little more oiled and softer. Otherwise the service was super fast and they were all very friendly! Thank you! Good experience!

There are many options here but the only reason you should order anything else here is if you get some kind of pizza. The wings are only good cooked twice. The pasta is ok, the sandwiches are eh. Pan pizza is decent and so is the New York style. Service is always pretty laid back, the stores in Johnson County are pretty decently clean and open.
