Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes for a drink that was already made and sitting inside. Had to go inside to get new drink made as “they didn’t see it” and then proceeded to walk out to my car with the drink I just went inside to get. 5 cars came and gone behind me. Will not be coming back.

Everyone at this location is SO FRIENDLY every single time I visit (which is pretty often since they are only a couple minutes from my house). Even when they are incredibly busy, they keep a smile on and keep moving.

Was leaving on a trip to Des Moines and decided to stop by and get coffee. Looks like this place already has a reputation for messing up drink orders. Received my drink with no sweetener despite asking for extra. Totally ruined my morning and paid 5 bucks for a drink that tasted terrible.

Honestly the atmosphere was okay until the employees ruined it by looking at me and then just ignoring me. The food took so long to make and they forgot an item. It wasn’t even that good either it was mid. Don’t go here they don’t even have all the ice cream flavors and they won’t even greet you or help you at all, you just stare at them helping the one person in the drive thru.

Terrible service - do not go!
Waited in drive-thru lane for over 40 minutes before finally abandoning and pulling out of line. Many other people were doing the same. I decided to leave after seeing the car at the order station sitting there for over 15 minutes without ever being asked what they wanted. Not sure what is going on with that store. but the other stores in the area are relatively fast.

Don't go to this location. I've been going to this Dunkin since it opened a year ago & now I feel inclined to write about it. I've had orders messed up every other time I go here. I've ordered simple drinks that are clearly made wrong, or worse, not at all when I go to pickup. Today I waited a half hour for a latte after ordering through the app. I was told twice it was going to be "right out" before I complained to the register & got it in less than a minute. Completely disorganized & lacking staff to have a quick or pleasant experience.

This location is terrible. We've given them multiple chances since their open a year ago because it is so convenient as far as location and price go. However, they can't seem to get a single thing right. 7/10 times we go, the order is messed up. One time, we took a sip out a pumpkin drink and my partner goes "Uhm, this is raspberry?" And they all just laughed and pointed. We left immediately. Today, after waiting 40 minutes and being told 3 separate times our order was being taken care of, we finally got our drinks, which were again made without care and decided that this was our last visit here.

Messed up my coffee and then I waited 20 minutes for my sandwich and finally had to get a refund. Customers can't wait all day for an order. This would be a good place to start a coffee shop.

They avoid trying to give you drink carriers and give you an attitude if you ask for one. Super disrespectful. Not the first time won’t be the last I am sure

I always used to go to Dunkin', but I haven't been back in about two to three months. The last time we were there, they didn't have waffle cones or bananas for a banana split, and it felt like we were being pushed away. Today, my husband went there because we were craving some donuts, and we live right behind this location and guess what? They didn't have any donuts. They still have the audacity to tell us there's a Dunkin' one mile down the road. We're really disappointed and don't plan on going back again.
