I truly appreciate the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere at this establishment. However, I’ve had a serious concern with the food: I was served undercooked hamburgers on two separate occasions. Thankfully, my order was remade, but it’s essential that all meat is cooked thoroughly for customer safety. I strongly urge management to ensure their kitchen team is consistently following proper cooking standards—this could prevent someone from getting seriously ill.

Crazy slow and overpriced. Burgers are good but listen guys, however many of you there are, that's not that hard to find these days. You're gonna need to rethink this.

5 guys burger are great. Made from fresh hamburger. The buns could have been toasted a bit longer. This is a fast food joint. But not pre-made. You might have to wait a bit if it gets very busy. I do not know how the fries taste. You're on your own. Recommend for a burger! About $12.00 See the photos.

We went to the Coralville location and had a very poor experience. We tried to get ice and it was empty. The girl behind the counter said we just needed to push on it differently. When it still wouldn't work, she sighed, rolled her eyes at her co-worker and mumbled under here breath. When she came around I told her that was very rude and she went off on me. After being so disrespectful, my husband asked to speak to the manager and she said that was her. He asked her name and she wouldn't give it to him. We did report it to corporate and it won't amount to anything, but we at least wanted someone to know there are issues in the Coralville store.
I order from here a decent amount. So today I did a mobile order to pick up on the way home from work and when I showed up to the store it was dark and closed with no reason as to why. It felt a little scammed that they left their mobile order on when closed.

The food is fine, the restaurant is fine, my only complaint is the price, it should not cost more to eat here than a dine in restaurant. I get it’s a chain and corporate has the prices set, but I’m sorry 12 dollars for just a burger with no fries or a drink is way too much.
