Definitely one of the better new restaurants I’ve tried in the area!! I grew up in Seattle and miss going to the hibachi places there. This is the best option for that I’ve found in Iowa yet. The food is very fresh, the garlic fried rice is good, and the portions are generous.

Where do i even begin… I was extremely famished one evening, a day i would never forget. I was with a close brother of mine when we made the fateful decision to come to this establishment. We were served what can only be described as a 1.25$ Dollar Tree frozen meal. It was literally like they just found something on the side of the road and put it on our plates. If you are reading this PLEASE do not come to this place. You will not leave the same person you go in as, my life is forever ruined.

I didn't know what to expect with this place -- but I was SO HAPPY that I tried it. The food is excellent quality, they serve generous portions, and it's very fairly priced. I highly recommend, as it was tasty and timely. Even my little sister, who is very hard to impress with food, LOVED it. I will be returning.

Fuji Grill is a new (early 2024) counter service restaurant in North Liberty, IA. My husband ordered the Hibachi Vegetable for $8.95 which included quality pieces of broccoli, onion, carrots and zucchini. It came with two large scoops of rice. I ordered the Hibachi Chicken ($11.95) which had all the above vegetables as well as a generous serving of chicken. The chicken pieces were large, well seasoned and tasty. I chose the garlic fried rice, which was pretty good - it didn't have many vegetables but did have some yummy egg. I also got the side salad, which was very fresh, but was mostly lettuce and a little spinach and carrot. I liked that the dressing came on the side so I could control how much I used. Overall, we recommend this new Asian restaurant as the food was of good quality, the portions were large, and the prices were reasonable.
Can’t beat the quality for the price point. Really, really pleased and pleasantly surprised. Definitely on my short list of best new restaurants in the area for sure. I’ll be back soon—no doubt.

Food was very delicious and fresh. Portions were great. Loved the garlic fried
I’ve been here twice now, and will keep coming back as a regular. The food quality is amazing, the chicken katsu and chicken hibach was delicious!! Great prices, and portions. I order takeout, but wouldn’t hesitate to eat there. Staff is very friendly, and respectful. We need to keep places like this around, please take my advice and try it!! This isn’t processed poison, this is fresh produce cooked by skilled chefs. Thanks for reading
Great food at a good price with good sized portions. I come here a lot.

The gyoza was tasty. Portion sizes were great. The hibachi chicken wasn’t good. I’m a chubby guy and don’t often waste food but threw away over half of it because I just didn’t want to eat it. Chicken was rough cut too big for bite size, was not marinated or pre-seasoned, and seasoning used at time of cooking was not enough. The yum yum has no spice element and is too sweet. Rice was hardly fried(if at all).

I'm a very picky eater when it comes to being happy with my food quality wise. Fuji grill won me over instantly. I ordered the chicken hibachi, and portion was enough for almost 2 meals, or a heavy meal and a snack later. Great flavor, and good prices. I will probably become a regular, and you should try it!! We need to keep good places like this around, you won't be disappointed! I can't speak on dine in experience, but I wouldn't hesitate to eat there.

Basically a Panda Express for Japanese Hibachi food. Very solid choice.
