We got to the drive-thru at almost 10:30. The breakfast menu is up and we perused it while they waited for our order. Then when we ordered breakfast they immediately switched to lunch and told us they were out of biscuits. Why didn't they tell us before we perused and got our hearts set on what we wanted?

Looked up the specials on the website on to find out after I ordered that they don't support the same prices in store. Website said 2 for 5 but in store was 9+. Food quality was also poor. Biscuit was dry and crumbly. Appeared old. This location used to be top notch. Said to say I won't be returning after 15 plus years.

Emerald was amazing! She has the best customer service and was extremely welcoming. As a health care worker it was a breath of fresh air to walk into an exceptionally clean store. Keep up the good work Emerald. Hardee's you have an amazing employee!!
