The Food: It was good, and everything looked appealing. Although getting hot sauce is a bit difficult.
The Service: While it wasn't busy, the three staff seemed stretched. We had difficulty getting a glass of water and hot sauce. Our server did apologize for it, so that made it somewhat better.
The Atmosphere: was the same chain-store atmosphere. They could possibly personalize it since it's in a college town.
Dietary restrictions: They have everything clearly marked to help navigate the menu.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, although they have a lot of sugar on the menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: On the ground floor and all sorts of seating options.

They were not busy. Staff conversing with each other and not paying much attention to the customers. Extremely slow service. We were there more than 2 hours! It took over an hour to get the food we ordered.
We won't be back.

The entire building inside and out needs a facelift. Place was filthy. Floors look as if never moped in years. Seats had torn duct tape. Don’t look under the booths!! Pancakes must have been thrown in the microwave. Waitress was pleasant, but forgot to turn in our order. Stopped by booth and asked if we had been waited on yet. She never wrote anything down each time. Coffee was good.

I had a full day ahead of me, and my cousin and I both wanted to just get a quick bite at IHOP, so we drove 50 minutes for the free pancake promotion. Safe to say, I no longer had a full day ahead of me as I ended up waiting for over 2 hours for the pancakes. I even asked the same waiter twice and another one as well, both giving the same answer: "It’ll be out shortly." But that was not the case. I almost finished watching a whole movie in the time I was waiting for my “free pancakes,” which ended up not being free as the cost was the rest of my day. We finished the pancakes in 5 minutes, but the waiter was nice and let us get our drinks for free, apologized, and gave us some extra pancakes. By the end, we weren’t even hungry for the pancakes and only ended up eating them just so we would at least get what we waited for. I didn’t know whether to feel defeated for waiting so long or happy because we ended up getting them. On our way out, as you would expect, we were talking about not coming back again when a lady stopped us, saying how it’s normally not a "shit show," which I hope it’s not. But she didn’t apologize for the time we had wasted, seeming a bit upset about us complaining. Waiting over 2 hours for some okay pancakes wasted our day as we went right after school; we got there at 4:50 and ended up leaving near 7. keep in mind it’s a 50 minute ride back home.Shout to the people who also noticed how long it took for our wait.

Coffee was bitter. I could eat the Cinna-stack pancakes every day. Bathrooms could use an upgrade.

It was not busy at all yet we stood at the reception desk quite some time before anyone saw us there. Seat's were ripped. A note was taped on the entry door which had a handwritten order on the back side. Right by the reception desk there was a note informing employees they could not ask off for a date in April. Could this not be posted in an employee area instead of out for customers to see?

This is my second and last time going, the first was pretty good but this time was horrible. My wife and I both had Eggs Benedict and both tasted like a microwave meal. The english muffin was too hard to cut through, the egg was over cooked beyond hard boiled and the option of hashbrowns or potatoes was not even given by our waitress. I ordered a side of bacon which was taken away by the waitress before it had even been finished. On a plus side my child enjoyed his kids meal.

This place has no idea how to be functional anymore. There is always a wait with a half empty resteraunt and they are at least 30 minutes off by their water times they do offer. The staff is confused, the food is sub par at best and they are just lucky Iowa doesn't haven't a lot of options.

The food is ok at best. Some of my breakfast was warm while the rest of it was cold. Small portion but the prices weren't bad. The place desperately needs a renovation as well.
