Food is still great, but service feels like it's slipped since the 2nd location opened up the street in North Liberty.
Had enough points for a free sub, cashier never asked me if I wanted to use them, of your order is to go it's like pulling teeth to get a bag from them. I walked out the other day with multiple subs, chips and a drink in my hands because they didn't bag my order.
And I had to tell them 3 times within a minute that the order was TO GO not eat in.
If you have the time, drive up to North Liberty
