So slow and not well run. Placed an online order but had to wait in drive thru since the lobby was closed during dinner for some reason. Got to the window and they don’t have any wheat bread. Just keeps adding up… classic

I order a #7 which is a spicy east coast Italian. But somehow lately they aren’t putting the hot peppers on it. This is frustrating when it has been each time. I think it is time to try a new location.

Go to a different location. Ordered via the app for pick during nonrush hours afternoon, never got notified it was finished, showed up at drive thru an hour later, and it still wasn't finished... and then the sanwitches were missing toppings. Edited for clarity.

Waited in drive thru for a #6 lil john with no mayo or cheese. Literally just veggies and bread. Took forever when I opened it up at home it was #2 with no cheese or mayo. The guy at the speaker even confirmed #6. Waste of time and money.

Just moved to the area and this is my second time ordering delivery from this location. The 1st time was horrible, they messed up multiple sandwiches I ordered. They did return with what I thought was my corrected sandwich but when I opened it, was literally just a few slices of meat and cheese, no bread or anything else! This time (2nd) time ordering here, I open my sandwiches to find 2 thin slices of ham on half of the sandwich, the other half no meat anywhere! There definitely will not be a 3rd time ordering from this location! Very disappointing, avoid at all cost!

Always call ahead of time to ask if they're delivering. It's 50/50 these days. A company that prides itself on "freaky fast delivery" except doesn't actually deliver half the time. And it's not due to my address. They legitimately have days where they're so understaffed that they can't deliver on their promise, or deliver at all.

Pulled up in drive through, sat for 5 min and nobody took my order so pulled up to window. After 20 min guy came to window I explained nobody was answering the drive through and he said we are really busy, best thing is to go back through the drive through. This establishment has so many issues not really sure how it stays open. Many times they are “out of bread” and it is always at least a 15 min wait!
