Just moved to the area and this is my second time ordering delivery from this location. The 1st time was horrible, they messed up multiple sandwiches I ordered. They did return with what I thought was my corrected sandwich but when I opened it, was literally just a few slices of meat and cheese, no bread or anything else! This time (2nd) time ordering here, I open my sandwiches to find 2 thin slices of ham on half of the sandwich, the other half no meat anywhere! There definitely will not be a 3rd time ordering from this location! Very disappointing, avoid at all cost!

Always call ahead of time to ask if they're delivering. It's 50/50 these days. A company that prides itself on "freaky fast delivery" except doesn't actually deliver half the time. And it's not due to my address. They legitimately have days where they're so understaffed that they can't deliver on their promise, or deliver at all.

Pulled up in drive through, sat for 5 min and nobody took my order so pulled up to window. After 20 min guy came to window I explained nobody was answering the drive through and he said we are really busy, best thing is to go back through the drive through. This establishment has so many issues not really sure how it stays open. Many times they are “out of bread” and it is always at least a 15 min wait!

Just not enough meat on the sandwiches to justify the cost. Restaurant chains keep hiking the prices while lowering the quantity and quality of their products.

Firstly, I want to say if you have celiac disease or just gluten free the coralville, Iowa store is great! First time customer experience was really good. Mark (a jimmy johns imbassador) was very helpful! He knew what options were available and able explain their processes of making their gf food items. T the store manager and the other employees working today, 10/16/24 were so polite and took precautions for me. Will return again! Thank you!

Supposed to be freaky fast delivery, I work 2 minutes away from the store. Took over 25 minutes to get delivered. Doesn’t represent the Jimmy John’s brand well. Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to.

I’ve never had issues here but tonight is Straight garbage. Ordered extra ham and cheese. Got less than I normally would have just ordering it regular. Bread is hard as a rock. Not even edible. Extremely disgusting and disappointing

Delivery times are not freaky fast at this location specifically (apparently it takes over 30 minutes to make a sandwich). They hire most of their employees from the halfway house that have absolutely no common decency. They allow sexism. They can't keep management to save their lives. They change up their schedule at last minute without telling anyone. Then they ask you to stay later because they allow their employees to be late. Your tips are not your tips as they come out of your check. Would not recommend ordering from here or applying at this location specifically.

I was charged for my sandwich and never received it. One lady was professional but there was another worker who was visibly annoyed. Overall very unhelpful and do not recommend their costumer service since I did not get a sandwich or my money back. Very rude atmosphere to walk into.

If you don’t have change and “need to wait” until other customers help fill your cash drawer because you “don’t have money for cash change this early”, you should mention that when someone makes an order over the phone and specifically states they will be paying cash, before they drive over to pick up their large order and be turned away. Whoever runs this place apparently doesn’t think they should have money in their cash drawer when they open for paying customers. There goes breakfast. I just needed roughly $40 in change. Didn’t even have that amount of money in the drawer supposedly, simply because it’s “too early”. And if someone says they’re paying cash over the phone, you should make it a point to tell them that you can only accept certain bills if that’s the issue. Waste of time.
