I just finished my meal here. My waiter was awesome. When he realized I was hard of hearing he went out of his way to accommodate me. The food was good and came at an enjoyable pace. Jerome my waiter made this trip a great one.

Ordered Ribeye and loaded potato.Cooked to my preference, loaded potato was really good, almost ordered one to go. Steak was very delicious, hardly ever do I clean my plate but it all tasted really good. Service was really good. Drinks kept full and had an awesome waitress. Defiantly above and beyond service!Parking: No fault of the restaurant but seemed a little winding finding the way into the lot. Went a round the hotel next door. Defiantly a city planning problem but is typical with modern developments.

Un Vieux Grain de Sel

After a long day of driving we chose this steakhouse due to its proximity to the hotel. Upon entering the restaurant, we were seated rather quickly with menus. The dining room looked like a high school cafeteria, noisy with guest’s gesticulating and the wait staff hovering, making it difficult to relax. We ordered our drink & food at the same time. A freshly baked loaf of bread n butter was delivered with cutlery. The salads, which were included with the main course, were drenched with salad dressing. One, a sweet balsamic which was gooey and coated most of the leaves. I could not eat it. My wife’s blue cheese dressing was the same, drenched the salad, inedible. When the waitress inquired, at the end of the meal, we explained the quantity of dressing made the salads inedible. She said that the manager directed them to use a 2 oz ladle for salad dressing. Looking around at the size of the customers, a much smaller size would be adequate. The Flo’s filet mignon was well cooked but very fibrous & difficult to cut, a strange texture. My Outlaw ribeye was well cooked but it was not juicy like a ribeye should be and had a lot of gristle. (I suspect in order to cut this ribeye, the prime rib had to be partially frozen to be able to be portion cut with a mechanical saw, leading to a purge of juice)We were far from the “legendary steaks” stated on the menu. My wife ordered a plain baked potato however it came fully loaded. Disappointing dining experience. I would avoid this particular location, although most chain restaurants these days just don’t care. They are happy to take your money but seem to have forgotten that they are part of a service industry.

French onion soup was amazing, would definitely go back for that! The Brussels sprouts as a side were kind of flavorless. Salmon was great, I would get that again. I didn't like how many times our waitress came and went from our table without taking dirty dishes away. We had piles of dirty dishes when they brought our entrees out.

Longhorn salmon was crispy and moist. Sirloin was juicy and had great flavor. Onion petals were perfect. Broccoli has good seasoning cooked in. Mashed potatoes are excellent. Baked potatoes were mediocre or less but it costs more to upgrade sides than the premium side itself costs more than the order of regular side and sides with entree are usually less quantity. It makes sense to me.
