A pretty good place, just beware - there's a service fee of 3% here (note at the bottom).

I went there over lunch today, and ordered a vegetarian pizza and bread sticks. The total cost was ~$30 for the food.

The pizza was pretty good, a bit burnt, but overall still quite good. It resembles a small pizza, although the toppings were pretty minimal. I went with some Mozzarella cheese on top (About $2 extra). The toppings were pretty minimal, even the veggies just felt like there wasn't much on it. The $2 in cheese only had a few bits on it. Hy-Vee pizza provides far more toppings at a better value.

The breadsticks were about $7, but were quite good. There were 2 large breadsticks with sea salt on top with balsamic vinegar. The bread was doughy and quite good. $7 still feels quite high, but overall the best thing on the menu so far.

One big reason for the downgrade in ranking, and why personally I won't be going back is the service fee. I absolutely despise service fees. A tax, that isn't a tip, that artificially reduces the prices - which in my opinion are already far too high. It's deceptive, and honestly absolutely wrong. As a blanket rule, if I encounter a place that does this, I will _never_ go there again, and also ensure I speak widely about it. NO place should be doing this. Raise the prices by 3% if you need to, stop artificially lowering the price and adding the fee at the end. It's absurd, abusive to the customer, and seriously needs to stop. I'd consider going here again if this fee wasn't there.

I was left on hold for 15 minutes at 7:40 PM. Tried to call back before 8 and could not get through. they took the phone off the hook and shutdown order online very disappointing.
They need to change operation hours if not true to 9pm!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, our recent visit was very disappointing. We walked in and almost immediately walked back out. We were the only guests in the restaurant, yet it felt unwelcoming from the start.

The hostess did not greet us—I had to initiate the conversation. When I asked to be seated in a specific area for my family, her demeanor noticeably changed. After seating us, she handed over the menus without a word—no greeting, no offer for drinks, and no acknowledgment beyond a blank stare. She then returned to a group of employees who were gathered together, appearing disengaged from their work.

Perhaps it was just an off day, but the overall atmosphere made it seem like no one wanted to be there. There was no energy, no effort, and no sense of hospitality. It’s unfortunate, because a few years ago this place had great service, hustle, and passion.

Sadly, this visit left such a poor impression that we won’t be returning.

Good pizza, could've use more sausage and a little longer in the pizza oven. We had the Vice City and enjoyed the heat. Happy we were in the 3pm-6pm happy hour so the $9 wine with double pour was worth it. My husband had the spicy cucumber moscow mule and loved it!

The pizza was delicious. I gave service 4 stars because there was only 1 server & he was very busy waiting on all the tables. We had to wait quite a bit for our drinks & our dessert. Otherwise, it was great food & our waiter was polite & very busy.

Fantastic food, especially the straciatella. We also love the wood fired pizza. Great for lunch or dinner. Service can be a little slow, depending on the time of day you stop in or what you order.

We were invited to a private event at this restaurant. Everything about this place was five star. The food, ambiance, and crafted cocktails were amazing. Definitely worth the visit.

A fair experience all in all! I had a pepperoni pizza that had more bread than cheese! I had French fries with parmesan and it was good but not crispy as they should be! The service was very slow!

Because the pizza here is always great we returned after a bad experience with service. This time it was much better. They weren't too busy and we got seated and served quickly. Pizza was great again. They've also added a bunch of local beers.

The food was amazing the drinks were great I really enjoyed the strawberry lemonade! The service is the only thing holding me back from a 5 star review! We walked in and there were people looking at us but nobody came to seat us then once we were sat it took probably 10 minutes for our server to come over and another 6-7 to get our drinks (not from the bar) other than the wait everything was amazing but make sure you have some time before trying!
