30 minutes to get our Drive-Thru order today...
1) When our order was finally brought to our car, it was NOT complete. Missing 1 entire meal.
2) The cheeseburgers were placed at the BOTTOM of the bag with the two, BOXED, McCrispy sandwiches stacked on top of them.
3) When I went into the restaurant to obtain the missing meal, it took well over 10 minutes to be acknowledged, let alone assisted by a manager on duty.

It took 30 minutes to get our takeout order. Two managers were sitting in the dining room the entire time completely ignoring their full lobby and struggling staff. They were backed up, orders were wrong, kiosks weren’t working correctly or giving receipts, they couldn’t take orders at the counter and forced an elderly man to try to figure out the kiosk on his own… That was 100% managements fault. This was appalling.
