I wanted to dine-in because I’m traveling and wanted to relax inside but couldn’t. This place is so cold it feels like a meat freezer even when I had on a light jacket. I had my food to go and ate in the parking lot instead of eating in my car which I try to avoid when traveling.

We went back & forth to the hospital daily after a family member was in a serious accident. We visited this location daily as it was the closest to the hospital. Not even one time did the workers say please, thank you or you're welcome. Nor did they appear helpful. They seemed annoyed to have to take our orders. Nothing at all like the polite McDonald's workers in our hometown.

The service here is in decline. I get my daughter McDonalds after her gymnastics every Thursday and lately I have to do a complete audit to make sure the staff doesn’t forget anything. I have had to go back in a couple of times now and because items are missing. What was a fun weekly tradition with my little girl has become a weekly pain in the rear end. McDonald’s, you can do better.
