I think I am done coming here. Your noodles have become super dry over the years and you charge $1.50 for a half ounce extra sauce which still isn’t even enough to coat the noodles. I don’t get enough dressing for my salad. Your price gouging and shrinkflation are showing. This is why you will go out of business.

I’m from California and never been to this restaurant before and i’m one to not open my pallet and try new foods but this place is amazing. I love the workers and the general manager Chasiti is amazing and definitely a great manager and handles her team well. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

1.5 hours after ordering delivery, my son went to pick up his food and was told it was taken by door dash and a refund would be issued. He didn't want a refund, he wanted to eat. If your subcontractor can't do the job, then you shouldn't use them.

I paid for full/ regular size pasta and got less than small size. And they are saying they know what they gave me. Really!!! Staff and specially Manager should learn the size of the order. Never ever going this location .

We called ahead of time on the highway as we were in the middle of 13 hour roadtrip and were searching for places to have dinner yet realized the restaurant was going to be closed by the time we arrived, so we wanted to check in if they would wait for us for a couple minutes and they thankfully did.
We ordered Spaghetti & Meatballs, Pad Thai, and Buttery Parmesan Noodles which was pretty much almost completely ready once we arrived. We arrived at 10:02pm and the staff were yet again kind enough to let us quickly rush to the bathroom and freshen up. The food for me was alright. Honestly a little dry but the seasoning was nice.

Save your $ and go somewhere else. The mac & cheese with bacon is nothing more than some shredded cheese with bacon bits. For the price of the 1 dish you could buy all the stuff at the store and make 20 of them. Flavor is subpar at best as well.
I went in quite late and was greeted warmly. Staff were friendly and kind. In. A matter of minutes I walked out with a very fresh and delicious pasta meal! They put lots of veggies too which I love.

There is a significant problem with the managers and staff at the Coralville location. Our orders are usually delivered late, and there is often something missing. They hire GrubHub or DoorDash, and they always blame the driver, claiming it’s the driver’s fault. However, the driver usually blames the store, and nobody takes responsibility. When I check the timestamps, it’s clear that the store is not being truthful with me. Instead of trying to make the customer happy, they give me a hard time about it. A simple gesture, like offering me 5% off my order, would go a long way! Very poor service.
