Nothing Bundt Cakes

It hurts me to write this review honestly because I've been a customer of multiple locations for several years.. At this specific location the last 3 or even more times I have came in to order, the customer service was awful. We either get the silent treatment or eye rolls when just trying to decide which ones to order... hoping and praying this changes one day as it use to be a happy and fun experience especially when bringing my children in. We never complained about the price because believe me THE BUNDTS WERE WORTH IT every single time! However... this time we ordered several (as we typically do because we live out of town) just to find that now they're not filled fully 😭🥺 We opened up a couple different ones and it was all the same, no longer filling all the way through the middle 😔 Im hoping things go back to the way they use to be so we can all enjoy our experience at this location again but until then, I'll probably wait until the holiday season is over...

I got a small lemon Bundtlet cake to share with my spouse. It was cute in a little personal container, and was absolutely delicious! Moist, spongy, sweet but not too sweet, and a great size (we each had a third and now we have a little leftover for later). Each bite was consistent and had the right amount of cream topping, so each bite was the perfect bite. I'll definitely come back, especially for special occasions, as my spouse is still ranting about what a great cake it was!

Back again. Only to deal with the one and only Maya again who was one of the rudest retail/food service folks I’ve ever dealt with. Eye rolling, annoyance with customers, and absolutely unwilling to help if it means doing anything extra.

Remember folks, they are frozen cakes that are frosted on site. And these employees are off the wall rude. I can’t do it anymore.
I’ve been here repeatedly because my family loves them but I’m done. Not recommending them again either. The service is just too bad.

Cakes are good, employees honestly are so terrible. The attitudes are awful all the time. I’ve had them roll their eyes, be obnoxious and rude. I came in 1 hour before they closed and asked for extra frosting and they told me they couldn’t because the frosting gets cleaned up before they close. This place pulls frozen cakes out and frosts them. The one thing they do is frost. But they “close it down”???

Do not go to this particular location.

Absolutely phenomenal experience ordering a cake from here online and having it ready within a few hours. Fully custom. Amazing service from the Loyola University student who helped us. She’s a gem. Guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious the cakes were. I was so impressed with how well it traveled in my hatchback trunk for over an hour. You guys are the best!

I tried a mini personal sized bundt cake for the first time (I’m not a huge cake fan) and I have genuinely never had such a good cake in my life. The frosting is incredible, cake is moist & even the sprinkles were good lol! So presently surprised!

Since I was going to be in Coralville, I decided to order a few Bundtlets for my granddaughter's birthday since we won't celebrate until the weekend. The online order was easily placed and I chose what time I would be available to pick up. When I arrived in store it was clean and the girl working was extremely pleasant! She advised of her favorite flavor, so we went home with a few more than originally ordered. We will definitely be back! Kudos to Nothing Bundt Cakes, you are doing a great job! The customer service is great and the cakes are AMAZING!

These or some of the best bundt cakes I've ever had, i highly recommend trying them. You will not be disappointed with so many flavors to choose from if you like carrot cake. Their carrot is amazing! If i could give more than 5 stars, i would!

Great owners and staff who make even better cakes! There's plenty of variety and everything is made from scratch. Stop buying frozen made cakes from Walmart and stop in to see these bakers instead!

Oh my goodness, these were absolutely amazing! We ordered 3 dozen mini bundt cakes for a small graduation party. They were so delicious that there wasn't even a crumb left! Everyone raved about the taste, flavors, moistness, frosting- they were so delicious that I was really sorry I didn't hide one for later. We will definitely be back! Staff was really nice too and everything was perfectly packaged for transport.
