I chose not to eat here to the cleanliness of the store. Feet were sticking to the floor as I came in the door. Burnt food on the line. Slime, on the PAN that you set your foods down into. I was so sad that was my first time going into your facility.

Great fresh burritos and they are addictive. I’ve enjoyed this chain for a very long time, maybe back to ‘99 or 2000, I know that I was in high school when I first tried Panchero’s, I’ve been going regularly since.

I ordered steak tacos with pico de galo And sour cream guacamole jalapeño and hot tomatillo sauce. Instead I got only steak tacos with pico de galo. See attached pic. This was for delivery and is fraud

Visited around 8:30 on a Saturday night. They must have gotten a big online order right before because we stood waiting for about 5 minutes at the counter while they made orders for tickets with no people there. The food wasn't great- the tortillas weren't cooked long enough and the fajita veggies were raw. But the staff was friendly even though they were a bit stressed.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced i looked online it said open until 12am I go there at 10:50 I see on the door they close at 11 so I went in and asked if they still open since I was there 10 minutes before closing just to make sure they still serving the guy that was mopping the floor said yes so we walked to the counter and the most disrespectful person working there the rudest person I’ve ever come across he was so rude that I almost said just leave my food I don’t even want it anymore but i didn’t do that
Just a suggestion if you’re that rude and annoyed that a customer is coming 10 min before closing time it’s better to tell customers we’re closed sorry i would understand that but not the disrespect we got and this happened on June 3rd at 10:50 pm
