Lines take forever.

I don’t understand how this location stays in business! Doesn’t matter the time of day, they never have anything prepared and when there is something it is always old and dry looking.
The staff are always short with people and never seam to care. What a poor example of the brand.

With a short staff, a pandemic, AND the holidays this place has been busy almost every day of the week with no stop. As a customer you can almost expect a line and wait of at least 10 minutes, but the crew handle the high demand with sheer grace.They’ve never been overly stressed that they’ve lashed out, they really know how to keep the line moving and how to stay professional.They work really hard especially for the amount that they are earning just to give us as customers great service.I also had a really great experience with a worker there maybe 2-3 months ago. They were so nice and complimented me. Whenever we see them now they recognize us and we don’t hesitate to say, “hello” and say a few nice words ☺️For being a Skelton crew in a mall they sure do work hard and get their job done for us.Thanks for all you do guys!!
