Went in for lunch. We had not ate there in a while. Waited in line for over 10mins. Half the food wasn't ready. Got fried rice, honey sesame chicken. It was awfu!!! rice was burnt and the chi was DISGUSTING. couldnt even eat it. Took it back up to get a refund. They refused. Said their manager was at lunch. When the manager came back he was very rude. Would not give us a refund because we didn't keep the receipt. We left extremely unhappy. Will not go back or recommend to anyone.

The number of times i go here where they are out of things, dont have the app updated or serve substandard food is crazy. I wont be going back. Ive never heard of a business that stops making new food an hour before closing.Huhut is an infinitely better option they deserve your money these people do not. In case you doubt me look at the long lines at both the Japanese grill and the Chicken place next to them. Then look at pandas anemic line.

Terribly slow service, and slow to refill food. Said it would be 5 minutes for Kung pao chicken to come out but took over 20 minutes

With a short staff, a pandemic, AND the holidays this place has been busy almost every day of the week with no stop. As a customer you can almost expect a line and wait of at least 10 minutes, but the crew handle the high demand with sheer grace.They’ve never been overly stressed that they’ve lashed out, they really know how to keep the line moving and how to stay professional.They work really hard especially for the amount that they are earning just to give us as customers great service.I also had a really great experience with a worker there maybe 2-3 months ago. They were so nice and complimented me. Whenever we see them now they recognize us and we don’t hesitate to say, “hello” and say a few nice words ☺️For being a Skelton crew in a mall they sure do work hard and get their job done for us.Thanks for all you do guys!!

We came within the last hour of closing and most of the food had run out. My mom got a lot less than a typical portion. I mentioned it to the employee and they offered to put a different kind of meat along with what she had already chose. She declined but was still not the best experience I’ve had there.
