I waited 45 minutes for a sandwich. A woman in front of me VERY politely told the manager her and her family have been waiting for over an hour for their food and the manager claimed they never received her order so she was basically out of luck. That family must have wasted over $100 and an hour of their time. She had the receipt on her credit card app. The least they could have done was offered a gift card or something.

It's Panera so the food is good. When the thing you order is right. Once got a soup bread bowl, all I got was the bread bowl no soup so I had to come back and ask why I didn't get soup turns out they ran out of that specific soup so they just gave me nothing at all with my bread bowl. Every time I order a bagel with cream cheese I receive no cream cheese with my bagel in the bag, who wants to eat a dry bagel with no cream cheese? McDonalds gets my order right more than this Panera does.

I look forward to the pick two every time; healthy and delicious! My French onion soup had zero cheese, which I’ve never experienced. The Caesar salad tasted like a dry salad. The portions were smaller than every time I did the same order in Cedar Rapids so not sure if this is per owner instruction or the staff or why it was so unsatisfying 😢. $12.50 w water

Every table there was dirty with all the trash cans overflowing and the beverage area looked like it was hit by a bomb full of four year olds. Management should be ashamed. Lazy. Just lazy. Stop tipping people.

Panera quality has gone down the drain. baked goods taste different and the prices have surged. I will only go to Panera to get a small coffee and a bagel because these items are only ones I can afford.

This location is no good. I placed and order and right before the order finalized it went from a short wait time to a real long wait. So I decided to just wait it out. Then the lady at the front counter was so rude as they were out of stock a cookie. Do you think that she would just give me a different one? No she wouldn’t! She had no solutions and was rude and useless. I avoid this location from now on.

Zane, the manager was awesome help with allergies and my wife and I really enjoyed lunch here at the mall. Alfa-gal friendly and delicious food served quickly at competitive prices!
Never been to a panera bread before and maybe it’s normal, but the butter was frozen lol. Couldn’t get it to spread, pretty annoying lol. Coffee was good though.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly as it’s in the middle of a mall.

This is located INSIDE the mall. Go in near the Target where you see the Carousel and Food Court. Nothing special but staff is nice. Very small for a Panera.
