Never been to a panera bread before and maybe it’s normal, but the butter was frozen lol. Couldn’t get it to spread, pretty annoying lol. Coffee was good though.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly as it’s in the middle of a mall.

This is located INSIDE the mall. Go in near the Target where you see the Carousel and Food Court. Nothing special but staff is nice. Very small for a Panera.

ordered my food and the worker who took my order was very nice and helpful. upon receiving my order I noticed the fruit cup I was given was half full and the pineapple was in shreds and looked old. I went back to ask for a different cup of fruit and was told they were out for the day. I was then offered a refund, they called a manager up to the front who was extremely rude and did not see my issue. she spoke a total of 3 words to me and walked away in the middle of my refund. I was left there waiting while the employee who was helping me was also trying to figure out what to do to complete the refund. I will never give this location my money again.

Ordered delivery on the app. It took 40 minutes to receive my order and one of my half sandwiches was missing. I called for a refund and they directed me to the app. The app only gave me a $10 refund as credit to the store, not a refund. I’m not ordering from them again. I’d prefer my money. Big mistake on my part to think they’d get this right.

This is the WORST place for service. Line out the door, one cashier while you can see multiple people standing there with nothing to do, including two managers.

It was in the mall, so there was not much for the atmosphere. Dirty. Tables hadn't been wiped down. We were told it would take 15 + minutes to make our half sandwiches and half salad. Food was tasty, but for two of us to eat lunch, it was over $40 bucks, and we ordered plain teas nothing fancy. I know prices have changed everywhere, but I felt kinda ripped off. Paneras is a chain, so I'm not surprised.

Free Thinker

Used to do a free kids meal with an adult pick 2 last Friday of the month. Ironically stopped it without notice on Good Friday. Thought it was a great thing they did for family night but guess families don’t matter anymore.

Coffee wasn't hot they just threw our cinnamon cruch bagel in a bag instead of on a plate no butter was really available. The creamer containers were in awful shape didn't look clean at all. It was not a nice experience. Oh yes and the bagel was half the size from the last time we ordered one at the Panera in Cedar Rapids, a much nicer place. We would not recommend the Paneras at Coral Ridge Mall.
