It's Panera so the food is good. When the thing you order is right. Once got a soup bread bowl, all I got was the bread bowl no soup so I had to come back and ask why I didn't get soup turns out they ran out of that specific soup so they just gave me nothing at all with my bread bowl. Every time I order a bagel with cream cheese I receive no cream cheese with my bagel in the bag, who wants to eat a dry bagel with no cream cheese? McDonalds gets my order right more than...
Panera quality has gone down the drain. baked goods taste different and the prices have surged. I will only go to Panera to get a small coffee and a bagel because these items are only ones I can afford.
Zane, the manager was awesome help with allergies and my wife and I really enjoyed lunch here at the mall. Alfa-gal friendly and delicious food served quickly at competitive prices!
