Just ordered a dinner box. Came in all separate boxes, which wouldn’t have been an issue, but the pizza tasted DISGUSTING Like rotten dough. As a parent, I am always last to eat so it wasn’t until it was too late when I took my first bite. Not only does it taste nasty, but you can smell the rotten as well.!! I have never had this issue before! My kids literally ate this crap, They Better Not get Sick!!!

I scheduled a delivery of 2 large pizzas for 6:30 pm on the app. I also paid and added tip on the app. I keep getting notifications that the delivery was being postponed. Every time I checked it would be moved back a few minutes. About 20 minutes after the food was supposed to be delivered, they called me and said they didn't have any large pizza crust so they would make me 4 medium pizzas. Fine, but please hurry because the order is already very late. Eventually a door dash driver, even though we didn't order from door dash, shows up with one large pizza and one medium pizza. Not the two larges I paid for. I called them and was told they are putting my pizzas in the oven as we speak. I told her the driver is already here with the wrong sized pizzas. She told me she is making the correct pizzas but it was too late and I didn't trust them to follow through so I asked her to cancel the order and refund my money. She promised she would. She never did and the charge was never refunded. Really disappointing.

Went to pick up a carry-out order. The lady manager (short, ponytail) spent several minutes babbling nonsense to waiting customers while we just wanted to get our food and leave. At the same time, she was very loudly chewing out an employee who had just ended their shift, in front of us customers. Making rude condescending remarks like "I don't care what time your shift ends, you leave when I say you can leave. Or I can just let you go, how about that?" As if her entire goal was to embarrass this guy in front of a group of customers.
Mind you, I had seen that my order was placed on the heating rack all this time, while she was rambling nonsense, not caring which customers had come in first, etc. Just an all-around awful person. I felt so angry on behalf of the employee who was being made a spectacle by this lady.
Decent food, awful management.

I do carry out here off and on but lately this crew has been crushing it. The pizza has been cut super clean, ingredients separated and love this. And hot and ready at time promised. This is really a nice touch for a mid-level price point franchise establishment.
I highly recommend the team at the Coralville location. I had been traveling on the road for over 10 hours and was wanting a quick meal. Despite a bustling crowd, my carry-out order was swiftly prepared, and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. The food was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding.
