Went to pick up a carry-out order. The lady manager (short, ponytail) spent several minutes babbling nonsense to waiting customers while we just wanted to get our food and leave. At the same time, she was very loudly chewing out an employee who had just ended their shift, in front of us customers. Making rude condescending remarks like "I don't care what time your shift ends, you leave when I say you can leave. Or I can just let you go, how about that?" As if her entire goal was to embarrass this guy in front of a group of customers.
Mind you, I had seen that my order was placed on the heating rack all this time, while she was rambling nonsense, not caring which customers had come in first, etc. Just an all-around awful person. I felt so angry on behalf of the employee who was being made a spectacle by this lady.
Decent food, awful management.

I do carry out here off and on but lately this crew has been crushing it. The pizza has been cut super clean, ingredients separated and love this. And hot and ready at time promised. This is really a nice touch for a mid-level price point franchise establishment.

I highly recommend the team at the Coralville location. I had been traveling on the road for over 10 hours and was wanting a quick meal. Despite a bustling crowd, my carry-out order was swiftly prepared, and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. The food was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding.

They have completely disabled online ordering for this location.
You can order ahead and schedule a time for pickup, but your order will not be ready on time. You could be waiting upwards of an extra half hour for them to finish making your order while the stuff that's already made gets cold and gross. This location is terribly slow, and the food isn't great. We're only ordering from the North Liberty location from now on.

Horrible customer service and the food is mediocre, at best. I have given them a few chances but am done with them. The staff moves slow and on their own time. They will sit there with a pile of pizzas just staring into space, chatting, or flirting with their girlfriends. Management is extremely incompetent as are the workers. I have the feeling anyone who has been any bit decent did t last long. Save your time and your money and buy from somewhere else unless you enjoy overpaying and then waiting an hour + for your order because these people don’t give a $hit.

Ordered delivery and asked for plates they said sure no problem. When they dropped the food off no plates where included. We had a missing order of breadsticks so they said they would give a refund. Never received a refund.

After waiting an hour for pizza delivery, I called the store to ask for a status update on my order. Apparently the store ran completely out of pizza dough 🧐🤥. They could not complete my order, and did not text/call/email any sort of notification that since they could not complete the order they had to cancel it. This is actually the second time that this has happened when ordering delivery. I will not attempt to order from here again.
