Just had a simple pretzel with chees. It was not pleasant. The company has cut so much in there ingredients to cut costs. The cheese tasted like oil. Pretzel was smaller than usual. Costumer service was a 10/10. Friendly and polite. I don't recommend coming here. Save your money and go somewhere else

No words to describe the disappointment, apparently at some point they stopped following food regulations/ have zero standards for food their establishment, the product is clearly in the warmer all day long, it’s so hard to chew it’s a choking hazard.
